Great shop' great fresh food' fantastic staff' on line shopping very easy and vegatables that are delivered are all ways fresh. Plenty to choose from.

Delivery person was lovely and apart from one replacement the order was fuss free.
However the replacement of my selected bread rolls was not comparable. I ordered 24 small rolls for a children’s party and it was replaced by 12 of something else. Disappointed by this as it means I have to go shopping, removing the convenience of having it all arrive before the party.

I haven't got strawberries yet. I ordered 2 organic strawberries. I send them email and they said the Strawberries was out of stock. I was not notified about that.
Hope so next time this won't happen. Disappointed with that.

I have always loved HF and am a regular at their Broadway store and it gives me a "farmers' market vibe" in a shopping centre! The quality of produce is exceptional. I recently tried their online order and was not disappointed at all. Despite the terrible cold, the delivery guy was on time and everything was immaculate including the Canadian Salmon that was brought from the Sydney Fish markets!

The delivery was on time despite the crazy weather today. However 3 items burst in the cool bag and it was all over the plastic bag holding them.

Harris farm has been prompt in following up. Service recovery was excellent and commendable. I will definitely tell my friends, and use them again. Thanks Harris farm!

I was thrilled to be able to shop on line and get delivery after a 22 hour flight from the USA!

The produce selected was fresh, the order came in boxes rather than plastic bags and the driver brought my order to the door. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to my friends.

I have shopped in store previously, but found my local store to be a bit too cramped for my liking (and in a basement car park) so I thought I'd give delivery a shot and I wasn't disappointed. The same great produce, picked well, and access to all the in season offers and imperfect produce. I did make a few mistakes on my numbers... any good recipes for apples and avocados?? Thanks!

Never had a problem. Great stock. You have the option of reusing cardboard boxes instead of plastic bags. Great to see a push away from plastic bags.

The produce is fresh and delivered promptly by friendly staff. I am currently on crutches and the people are ever so friendly in delivering my goods to my kitchen bench top even offering to unpack for me.

The order arrived on time (although you called to inform about a delay), no missing items, all fresh and well packed.

I am currently recovering from surgery and thought I'd try this service to save my GF from having to constantly shop.

I generally use Harris Farm for 90% of my shopping and have had bad experiences with Coles and Woolworth's offerings (Specifically, sending Milk with 2 days left on the Best Before!).

The ordering was easy and the tracking software is top notch - delivery was exactly when it was supposed to be after the notification.

My only suggestion would be to substitute instead of refund - the brand of Fresh Yogurt I chose was not available. A replacement from a different brand would have been better than none. But a minor quibble.

All the produce was very fresh and boxed well.

Firstly, I was so impressed your delivery service. It was so fast and arrived at my home on time!
Secondly, products I've orders are very satisfied. Especially I've got chopping board with reasonable price at this time. So happy for your 40%off sale period.
Thirdly, internet order process went through to the store was fast and easy to use. I used mobile ap. However it was easy to set up to delivery date and time which I wanted, also easy to pay for my order.

All the veges top quality. And the delivery guy was unbelievable - I didn't even have to ask and he carried everything up the stairs, cheerful the whole way - I was very grateful as I have a sore back. Thanku ++++

I just received my 2nd Harris Farm home delivery and am loving the service. I've just had my first baby 3 weeks ago so getting to the supermarket hasn't been as easy. Can order at 3PM and have the order delivered later that evening. This is no comparison to the delivery service offered by Coles and Woolworths which need you to order at least 4 days in advance! The quality of the produce picked is fantastic and am able to choose the full range of products as I would in-store. The delivery drivers are great too, and being able to track the delivery driver down the minute he arrives is a great added bonus. Will definitely continue to use this service!

My first online grocery order, so I put my list together and shopped online at Woolworths and Harris Farm to compare. Harris Farm came out $5 cheaper including delivery on a $92 order.

Also check out their Love Local campaign - genuinely supporting Australian farmers and making a great contribution to reducing the environmental impact of our food production and transportation.

Needless to say, I'll be shopping at Harris Farm again.

Ordering is easy, same day delivery and Fruit and Veg are second to none. Also love the fact that I am supporting local producers!
