Hi I love the produce and other quality items that you stock. Loved the organic avocados you have had in - the taste was just fabulous. But disappointed that they not only carry plastic stickers but a plastic 'organic' sticky band all the way around. Very very environmentally unfriendly and will make it so that I don't purchase them again. If you need to differentiate, what about a paper band around them?

Great service from Edward @ Manly store . I was after 2 buffalo ricotta tubs & none were on display & Edward said give me a call later this afternoon in case stock comes in. Whilst I was still shopping in the store Edward found me & surprised me & said that he was able to find the ricotta on the palettes & he handed me my 2 tubs of ricotta ! He saved me a trip to Mona Vale so now that I know Harris Farms @ Manly stock this I will be buying from this store .

While claiming green credentials the amount of wrapped and packaged produce seems to have increased a lot. When I emailed they said customers preferred convenience of packaging. What a joke- creating so much more garbage! You get home unpackage the products, sort if it can be recycled, and then put in the various bins that have to be taken out. Hardly convenient. Customers please dont buy the packaged produce!
The fresh produce and cheeses are great though! Also love the wonky section and staff.

Absolutely loved the Bravo apples! Even the outrageous pricing didn't put me off at first. The stock that they have in store is obviously from their first delivery and is deteriorating every week. The pricing should be adjusted accordingly - won't be buying any more!

The prices can get rather steep at Harris Farm. However, the quality of fruit and veg as well as other foods is well worth it. Usually I'm a 'cheaper is better' kind over person. However, I find myself continuously going back to Harris Farms because I love the fruit and veg I get there.

Fruit & Vegetables were very fresh, presented with care and the staff are helpful.

We got a Delivery yesterday 28dec. The chicken used by date we received was 28 Dec so had to throw away today. I also had to throw half the baby spinach because the poor quality. One of the yogurt used by date is 31st Dec which is really not long.
We used to get a lot of home delivery and I stopped because of the used by date of some of the products was just to short (rather than if I was shopping myself In store). It happened more than once so not just a bas run. I gave it another go because I do like Harris farm but that was again very disappointing. Basically it feels like the packer are getting rid of old stock.

Fantastic being able to order on a Sunday afternoon and have delivery by Sunday evening - a blessing for busy families. Great quality and selection and I appreciate how they highlight the produce that is in season and allow the purchase of imperfect fruit. Less wasteful packaging than the majors also.

All my online fresh produce orders are through Harris Farm because the packers are as fussy as I am when selecting fresh food. If something is out of stock they will often replace the item with a different type free of charge. Their delivery drivers are better and more friendly.

Ordering online from Harris Farm turned out to be one of those things you don't understand how you didn't do before.
Website is very convenient and most importantly- products were WOW (!!) which is the only reason I was afraid to do this before. Will definitely use the service again.

Delivered when I wanted it, quality as I had expected it to be, Totally hassle free and easy to arrange

This was the first time I used Online Delivery for Harris Farm. I found the site easy to use, and the delivery came within an hour of my window. Happy with the delivery Service, packed well. The Invoice was clear as to when I wasn't receiving a product.

I’ve been disappointed by the delivery service lately (drivers are polite and nice) as my delivery has either been incorrect or several hours late. I choose a shorter delivery window but often my groceries arrive very late and I’m then not there to collect them.
On the plus side when I call up to arrange redelivery, check in on the delivery status, etc. the staff are always friendly and apologetic.

Please provide better tracking of order and be on time!!

Ordering online was easy, the communication about delivery time was excellent and the produce was fresh and great quality. Harris Farm has always been a favourite place to shop and the online experience has been every bit as good.#

We've shopped at Harris Farm Markets as a backup to our weekly shop at supermarkets for the best part of 12 years. Every year the selection gets better and better with new product lines and the stores still have that family friendly Australian fruit and veg shop feel that you used to get as a kid growing up. There's never been any doubt about the freshness and quality of all the produce and I've always felt its a store I can trust. Perhaps one day, Harris Farm Markets may be a challenger to Aldi and the others ?. Great work guys and keep it up !.
