Too much missing from order
Seven items were missing from our order though we were still charged. This was along with six other items not available but refunded. Not enough food to feed the family over the long weekend. Off to Woolies

Two disappointed customers.
Too many products unavailable without any warning - products we really wanted. Amusing watching map of vehicle making the delivery. Delivery excellent. 10 day delay was awkward. I would like to know country of origin - raisins came from Chile - I would not not normally buy imported when locals are available. Will still do physical in-store shopping when this is all over. Will not repeat home delivery.

Horrible delivery service
My order was dropped next to the road at my letter box. Not even put in a safe place near my front door. I’m really upset & I'm sure a lot others on this delivery drivers route will be having the same issue.

Poor Inventory Management - Last Minute "Out Of Stock"
Placed an order #560834 on the 26th of March - and understand the longer lead times for delivery due to unprecedented times. However, one would expect that available inventory should be accurate when purchase is committed - and NOT leaving packing my items for delivery down to the delivery date only to find the "out of stock" AND non-chalantly just:
(1) issuing me a refund for many items that were available at time of purchase - essentials that I was counting on Harris Farm to deliver unfortunately, AND

think of poor value - i.e I ordered 500g of Tara for $7.50, and it got replaced by a more expensive 200g punnet that's $6.00. Such non-essential is not refunded - so I wonder if its a mechanism to push items that are more expensive / poor value. Whilst I understand shortages and longer lead times in these times, but this is clearly a case of poor inventory management and fulfillment (packing) process - where orders/purchases are not committed and set aside when purchased (also understandably fresh items may be an exception, but this was also not the case of my refunded items), but instead on day of delivery. Utterly disappointed with my first time experience with Harris Farm Online - which I usually have high expectations of, and confidently placed another order on Sunday ahead of this delivery experience. I hope all my items in my upcoming order #568055 is fulfilled as per what was available when purchased last Sunday, and not be disappointed this Sunday again - which I don't really need the refunds, but the items instead.

Very satisfied
This is my first online order with Harris Farm. I'm very satisfied with the products and services. One product was not shipped but I can understand that. The delivery was on time. I received a track link via sms. It told me the estimated arrival time. What's amazing is I can even track exactly where the driver is!

Very Disappointing, Never again!
Order #566886, ordered 7 items and waited for almost 2 weeks but only delivered 3 items, charging 4 items on invoice. No checklist with the delivery and no prior notification email on the items out of stock. Very disappointed.

Disappointing
Order PP#5870870
Will not order from Harris Farms again. Time elapsed from order to scheduled delivery 9 days. 1/3 of order missing with no prior notification. Did not receive a packing slip or invoice with order. Called Harris Farms customer service to learn that paperwork would be emailed in due course and refund given. No apology given until I pointed out that this should be the first response from Harris Farms. I appreciate that these are difficult times, but the Harris Farms CEOs should update their message on their website to reflect the reality that they can provide only a partial service to their on-line customers.

After waiting for for 11 days was expecting to see the whole order fulfilled

Delivery past midnight???
Order was delivered past midnight! Atrocious. Who stays up past midnight to receive a delivery? I received a call from the delivery person at exactly 12.33am! I appreciate that these are crazy times but perhaps this can be better managed. The tracker I was sent at 8pm shows "on the way" then with a 189 minute estimate. If this was the case, perhaps a phone call to reorganise delivery at a more realistic time would have been better. On top of it all, I didnt get my full delivery so I have waited 8 days for this to happen. Not impressed at all and never again.

Order due by 9 pm rescheduled for 12.30 am
My delivery window for my order this evening was 4pm - 9pm. It is now 10.51 pm and after repeated calls to your online and to the driver directly I am advised it won't arrive until after midnight. I received an email from your online people apologising and telling me to "have a good night" !!!! This is not a professional operation. You should not be allowed to offer a delivery service for fresh food (including fish and meat) with such poor controls. I fully intend reporting you to the relevant health authorities.

Not happy
Just received my order and I am not happy with the outcome.
1. The imperfect avocados said min 600 g, yet I only received approx. 450 g. I was still charged the full price.
2. The smoked salmon (Royal line brand) was replaced by smoked trout (Harris Farm brand), for the same price.
3. Instead of extra lean mince I was given premium mince, and only 2/3 of the amount requested.
4. The Ravioli I ordered was unavailable, but was refunded at least.

After a week's wait i was notified at 5pm that none of my orders are available
I made an order a week ago, and even received a sms and email this morning that my delivery was on its way. But i only found out at 5pm today that none of my orders were available.
I understand this is a difficult time and there's huge demand but there got be a better way to handle this. I could've been notified a bit earlier not until a week later and especially after i received a sms this morning that the delivery was on its way.

Basic items were out of stock
I placed my order online over a week ago for delivery this morning. I received less than half of my order. When I phoned HF, thinking that they'd simply forgot to hand me another box, I was told that several items were out of stock and they were processing a refund. Some of the items missing were oranges, rockmelon, watermelon, zucchini, leek, bread and capsicum etc. How on earth can these basic items be out of stock? Plus some items, such as the corn looks like it's seen better days. Such a disappointing experience. I won't be ordering from them again.

Great Quality and Range - Great PR
The quality and range of fruit, veg and fish is great! Fresh pastries. Everything arrives beautifully and effectively packed. Harris Farm immediately sends an online revised bill if anything is unavailable - you don't have to chase up anything. I wouldn't shop online anywhere else. A great experience.

Didn't know what to expect, but was delighted with it!
It was our first order, so we weren't sure what would arrive. We needn't have worried - it was all very good quality, extremely well packed and the invoice was adjusted for those items that were not available.
We are definitely going to order again this week and try different groceries too, like seafood.
