I have order four A4 60-pages photo books. They are of very good quality. The pick-up service at the store is also good. We will definitely order more in the near future.

I used this service to print over 150 photos from our vacation, ordered online. The result is appalling; colours that were vibrant when the pictures were taken and displayed on my computer screen turned out washed out and dull. Some pictures were not only dull but blurry and you couldn’t make out our faces. They were intended for scrapbooking but are all unusable and went in the bin. A waste of time and money.

I'd given up on making photo albums 10 years ago, as in those days the online platforms were clunky and not so great to use. With my daughters 18th coming up I decided to give online albums another chance, and found the Harvey Norman system reliable and fairly easy to use. Even in the current Covid epidemic, they delivered on time with good quality. I would recommend anyone to give their photo albums a go.

Have printed around 2000 photos of my kids. Love quality and prices were discounted. Service was good as well. Cant wait for photos to be on sale again. Need to print like 10000 photos again.

Service was excellent, ordering on line was very easy to use and overnight printing was ideal. my photos were true colour and looked great. Photo prints were a great price and an ideal time to order your photos from a special holiday. I am getting my photos ready for the next special offer.

Whenever these sales come on i nearly always get something printed. Great quality and at a greatly reduced price. The canvas prints have always been exactly what i expected, not been let down yet. Must wait for specials though

The orders were first done when photos were on special. This did not work ( I had to travel cross town to find out) and I had to re-issue order at normal price. This time it worked and all went well.

I went into develop photos at HARVEY NORMAN BROADMEADOWS on their photo kiosk never have i done something like this so i asked for help from the photo desk *[name removed]* the "employee" came along [name removed] if you do not know what you are doing call someone who does or say you do not know do not act like you do so atleast i do not waste 2 friggin hours trying too upload photos on a system that was developed in the 80's.. .!! 2 hours wasted and still it did not upload..!!

After 2 hours he blamed it on my phone.
I tell ya i felt like axe kicking someone or something i was so angry..
WTH is going on at harvey norman..??

Prints were excellent quality. Easy to work the app so prints can be ordered from home instead of an Instore kiosk. The final prints were well protected & delivery was fast considering the size of the prints. Won’t hesitate to use again.

SA Noarlunga. Do not waste your time or money! Printed out hundreds of photos from overseas, as did my Mum after informing her about the promotion. All photos turned out extremely dark, dull and are now in the bin! Spoke to the manager who was rude and completely useless.

Paper very thin Poor quality for a lot of money..Prints will not stay on the wall. Followed instructions correctly and they curl and lift off. Waste of money. Very disappointing

The online app works well and has a good interface. Photo quality is great, good value for money, and ready within a couple of days. Unlike one of the other services I've tried, the cropping is accurate, and it doesn't take weeks. I have a lot of photos I want to do something with, and this service is efficient enough that I can work through the collection without it being a massive time and money consuming project. Only downside is having to wait at the unattended counter for a long time just to pick up an order that's already paid for and sitting there ready for me, cos I'm too polite to chase down the staff.

I did a few canvas's for Christmas presents, they were completed in a very timely manner and very well packaged. I then did some more in January ... very very happy! AA++ product and service.

Perfect calendar, top quality at the very best price! Fast turn around printing and free pick-up. Parking also (3hrs) free at the Fortitude Valley. This is my number five calendar and I will be back next year.
