out of date useless item
item received out of date. unusable item. after checking online apparently they DO NOT send out new stock only old stock in order to move turn over.

Paid and picked up the next day. This product is just great for my gut and I'm so grateful you were able to let me come pickup the next day. I will be buying more soon.

I ordered a specific pizza pasta sauce online and the parcel arrived promptly even though I do not live on the mainland. . When unpacking I discovered it was a different flavour to what I had ordered and rang the number on the invoice. The reply was immediately that they would post out my order with the correct item and received a notification it was on the way that day. I was told to keep the product I had received as well. Save yourself the trouble!
Ordered 3 packs of tea which they could only supply 1 of - so they don’t keep their website up to date. It seems they also DO NOT keep their product up to date. The tea arrived. - over 14 MONTHS! Count them! out of date!
Had I been given the option to cancel when my whole order wasn’t available I would have. Instead I get an email telling me I have been refunded, and the ordered is shipping. I called to complain about the out of date tea, and I have been refunded. Oh and this all took over two weeks from order to delivery!

Takes too long to ship
i had ordered two products 2 weeks ago and they are still under processing. I've contacted the through their website but do no get any response. Definitely will not order from this. I hope the product could still arrive before Christmas yet

My order got fixed
After my initial frustration I was able to contact the store, their customer service is very friendly and sent me a larger size of the tablets through express mail and I received it right next day.

Fantastic Products and Fantastic Service
I ordered a cold press juicer from Heal Yourself. I erroneously selected "store pick-up" option. I called them immediately and spoke with a representative who fixed my order right away and had it shipped the same day, adding a very small shipping fee. Delivery was cheap and quick - it arrived within 24 hours! Customer service was excellent, and judging from their website they seem to have a wide range of products and brands. My first experience with Heal Yourself was great - I will definitely shopping here again!
