I was completing a deal with a salesman, when I wanted to add a national advertised accessories deal, he advised me the deal could not be done when this NATIONAL advertised deal was added... then proceeded to tell me ‘leave, you have wasted my time, just get out of here’
I have never been spoken to like this, and hopefully never again... I understand people have bad days, but there is no need to speak to people like that, customer or not...
Never go there....!!

Best dealership I've been to in a long time
I can't believe people have had problems with heartland. Thinking the reviewers may have the problems. Brought used car.nice salesman detailed and efficient. Then a warranty problem.
This is where they excelled.
Service department was excellent
Very happy

Dodgy Shonky Servicing department
This is the dodgiest Kia Dealership in Sydney, don't service your car at this dealership they service manager is a rude arrogant and not worth arguing with. They will charge you for a service not completed. On my invoice they had car washed and cleaned they car was in the same state as I delivered it to the service centre at first they said they don't wash cars then then upon complaining they said they wash cars but not for everyone, then they said they wash cars for everyone but not at the moment as their facilities were not in operation. This...Read more
makes one question whether the service was carried out in the first place. To avoid rude arrogant staff avoid Heartland Kia in Castle Hill they don't come as shonky and dodgy as the Service department and this awful dealership.2 comments

Great service and aftercare.
I booked a Holden test drive on the website and ended up renting one for 30 days. The car provided was in great condition and they even called to check that everything was alright halfway through the rental period!

Dodgy service manager - beware dishonest new team in service
Our family dealing with Heartland Chullora for last three years, had a good and honest service but this time for two cars came in for service was a big rip off, charging for wheel alignment which was not done and service price was too high. One of the technicians was saying that wheel alignment machine is not working for last two months, service manager says done the wheel alignment in house.
Even got a call from the service department for some other jobs to be done on the car but I told him no.

Rip off service
I bought my toyota camry 2013 from Heartland Motors Chullora, I also bought the 5 year premium warranty. Once the deal was signed and money transferred they then told me the condition for the 5 year warranty is to always have the vehicle serviced at their garage. The first service cost me $220 which was a rip off for just oil and filter. Then the second service was a disaster. It took 3 phone calls and multiple requests for quote to schedule the service. They still never sent the quote as promised everytime. On the day of service after a week, ...Read more
I sat for 1.5 hours and then inquired how much longer it is going to take. The guy at customer service told me they don't have parts and it's the parts department fault as they haven't ordered the parts on time and it is going to take another 2 hours! I asked to speak to manager who was on vacation, then I asked to speak to the service and parts manager who happily told me it's not his fault as he didn't know about the parts until that morning, and also that this was a toyota coming to ford dealership, needless to say they didn't mention this while selling me extra warranty. To their credit they then offered me replacement vehicle which suddenly became avaliable, the customer service person said they didn't have anything for the day when I asked about it earlier. Later that day they gave me a bill of $400, which among other things included $118 for 4 NKg spark plugs, which costs $25 for a complete set from anywhere. I will never go back to that place it's a total rip off. Loosing alot more than what I paid for extra warranty. And ofcourse not buying a car from them. Go somewhere else.Similar opinion? No effort at all.
I recently went into the Castlehill store and spoke to a sales woman to enquire about a brand new outlander.
The sales woman wanted some form of guarantee that she would be in the running for the sale before she would make any effort to help me and as a result, she was not even going to get a shot as I believe the sales person that goes to some effort gives them the opportunity to make the sale.

This is most annoying dealer and service being provided.
My captiva war bought 4 years ago, and drove less than 60KM. Car head light stops working in one day, I thought it is better asking the same service shop to check. I made a booking a day before, then drove to the workshop, after parked car, I was informed it needs to pay $220 to just have a look. I was annoyed and drove the car to another local workshop, it was resolved in 15 mins, paying just $50. The service people are arrogant, ridiculously charging money.

CASTLE HILL HEARTLAND MOTORS - HANDS DOWN WORST CAR DEALER OF THE CENTURY!!!!
I have never felt so debilitated and alienated before when I stepped into Castle Hill Heartland motors!!!!
This is hands down the "worst" car dealership I have ever been to!
First and foremost I was not attended to as I had to approach the dealers who were all huddled up so engrossed with what they were sharing each other on their phones.
Second, I asked the "Armenian" guy who thought that sparking up a conversation about his background would be a good start to articulate what he has on offer for the car.
I then asked him if I could test...Read more

The worse deal and people i ever met
Kia dealers at Blacktown had the worse service, rude attitude, untrustworthy, unreliable, and dishonest and more... being so frustrated, annoyed and exacerbated me and my husband purchased kia car sportage 2017 on March they were on rash and did not explain anything properly till we paid the deposit of $3000. When we went home we looked at the contract they gave us 2016 made car. My husband went to solve the problem they made and agreed to change the contract which they did. However they change the financial rate up to 10% which wasn't the deal at the beginning then their boss said we have to pay $15000 for the previous the contract which are not valid. I could go on and on with these untrusted thieves people...

false advertising
BMW X3 was advertised as having following options, adaptive cruise control, comfort access and upgraded stereo.
Only after purchasing did I become aware the vehicle did not contain any of these options.

Heartland Motors Will Do Everything In There Power To Cover Up Any Vehicle Defect - Including Danger
Warning: Do not take out pre-approved loans with Heartland Motors. They will immediately factor in an additional $1800 Extended Warranty into any loan without your knowledge prior to committing to purchase.
Purchased a vehicle in December 2016 for $23K. All questions about the running of the car were targeted towards initiating a 1600km drive within 5 days of purchase. Heartland tried to say the tyres, which were bald, were safe and would pass registration inspection. Aske the sales guy, "would you let you son drive this vehicle with those t...Read more
yres 1600?", he said "no", but they were 'safe' for me to drive on. Asked about the shuddering of the vehicle when breaking was told it was wheel alignment. Later found out it was something to do with faulty brakes! Vehicle leaks through out canopy. Brakes were spongy within 3 days of purchase and had to be inspected by mechanic. DO NOT TAKE OUT HEARTLANDS / ALLIANZ EXTENDED WARRANTY. The warranty is not clearly explained. The information provides is 'wont cover wear and tear'. No amount of calling Allianz or emailing can get a response from ALLIANZ regarding WHAT the warranty does cover. Will be chasing Ombudsman for a full refund. ALWAYS GET A NRMA OR SIMILAR PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION ON ANY VEHICLE BEING CONSIDERED FOR PURCHASE BY HEARTLANDS. Do not for a moment trust the staff at Heartlands. They are not driven by ethical standards. They are driven to sell vehicles of any condition without regard to your safety.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Castle Hill Mitsubishi.
They advertise fake cars on the internet. When you go in they try to sell you a more expensive one by saying it's sold. They had 3 demos with roughly 1000kms on each one advertised, when I went in the salesperson laughed and said they NEVER register three of the same car. Trade in price was well below what other dealers offered. A waste of time all round. The unfortunate part is that I live 2 mins away from them.

Buyers beware!! Heartland Motors Castle Hill used cars.
Enquired on a used car and was told the price was negotiable. Drove over an hour to get there only to be told the price was an 'internet special' and not negotiable at all. Was also told the vehicle came with logbooks, however the salesman was unable to produce them. Funny that!!! They were rude, unprofessional, and just blatant liers!!! I can honestly say I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company. Totally unacceptable. Buyers beware!!!!

Very very dishonest
Bought a Kia Sportage. They helped me to get a loan approved under my wife's name. Thanks for that . But they don't try to talk about the car and what car they are giving me. Very nice behave but intension is not honest. At the end they gave me a car, I can not even choose the colour. They said bank only approved for this car. If I choose another car then need to pay more deposits. They know I can't pay more, so took the advantage. Gave me demo Car. Mileage was already 1000km. Didn't mentioned to me. I saw one person was cleaning the car and te...Read more

Heartland Blacktown, absolutely rip you off
Paid for the capped servicing, after a few years a warning light came on. Took it to Holden Blacktown who advised that we would need to replace the catalytic converter - $1300. Husband advised NO !. They charged us $300 for the report. Approx 2500 kms later the light came on again. Took it to our mechanic who advised it was only the sensor that needed replacing - $500. He also advised after he did a service that the OIL and AIR CON filter had not been replaced since we purchased the vehicle. He even kept the parts to show us as they were littered with debris and filthy

Don't buy from heartland
Bought a new car for my wife and while under warranty reported an intermittent brake fail issue. They couldn't fault it so didn't bother doing anything. This fault continued to be intermittent and after calling them they said if we can't fault it won't fix it.
Now the brake problem is happening more often they want to charge me for it because it's out of warranty.
They say talk to Mitsubishi. Mitsubishi say to talk to dealer.
Beware buying from heartland motors and don't buy a Mitsubishi.
I bought myself a new Mazda and they service is much better. Just need to get rid of the Lancer.

Arrogant, dishonest.
Chullora used cars. They took a deposit on a RAV4 which was encumbered. I could/should have done a REVS check but didn't, however it is illegal to not declare an encumberance and I foolishly let my guard down because I thought I was dealing with a reputable dealership. Once they took the deposit by credit card they told me there was $23,000 owing from previous owner. I asked for my deposit back 5 mins after giving it but was given nonsense excuses about why they couldn't straight away. Over the next few days as my frustration grew, they became ...Read more
ruder and ruder. On several occasions while on hold for over 20 mins on their "Customer Service" line, the line just went dead. when I evetually was able to buy the car 10 days later, I was treated like a parasite and the salesman didn't even acknowledge us. The sales manager was somewhat nicer but that's not saying a lot given the treatment we received by finance dept and salesman it wouldn't be to hard to step it up a little. If you deal with this used car yard, cross your T's and dot your I's. Leave nothing to chance. They are unprofessional. Complete lack of customer service and countless excuses. At the end of the day, we are happy with the car but they really need to work on customer service. If it wasn't for the deposit we would have run a mile.Similar opinion? Heartland Kia Blackton - Heartbreaking
An engine light appeared on my Optima. Took it into service, Fuel Pump a goner. Told "no part in Australia". Could not give me an ETA. Promised a loaner, and still waiting two days later, meanwhile, I am losing $600 a day as I don't have my car! Service people just give lip service, don't really give a rats about the customer.
Not the first time, three months ago, sunroof started creaking. Booked in, and 4 weeks later, finally get a date to bring it in. Finally take it in, and result, can't do it today, bring it in next week! Finally repaired -Guess what - it creaks again!
So tired of these people, every single time I have had to deal with them, has been a nightmare.
P.S. Just contacted by them - won't give me a loaner, they will give me $30 a day for car hire. It's a top of the line model, and they will reimburse me for an i20 ! What next! I'm sure my executive clients will love being driven around in an i20 !
Now I get $45 a day, after some to and froing. Why must I go through this TWO WEEKS before the part arrives
This is insane, they send me a guarantee that they will pay $45 a day, but the cost of the car is $880+ for two weeks!
