Extremely pushy Sales woman
My 18 year old daughter accompanied by her grandfather went to Heartland Blacktown & bought a new I30 today. Initial Salesman was great but they were both upset with the set up there to purchase a car. Is it really necessary to have to deal with 3 different people to buy a car? Especially having to deal with an extremely pushy sales lady who hassled them to get all the extras (window tinting etc) & wouldn't take no for an answer & did her best to intimidate them to the point my father got up to walk out but fortunately a Manager intervened. I'm...Read more
very disappointed that my young daughter & elderly father have been treated so disrespectfully & it certainly wasn't a good experience for a young person buying her first car. I have also had a similar experience with this company last year & thought it was a one off with me but sadly it obviously is their standard practice to use heavy sales tactics. Very disappointed with them & won't be recommending them.1 comment

Chullora Service Centre Incompetent
We bought a Dodge Journey a few years back. Have been fairly happy with the car the main downside is having to deal with the Service Centre. We've had an issue for probably 18 months now where the car makes a significant clunking sound when driving up certain driveways. Originally they said it was the engine mount which took about 8 months for them to get the part and fix it. They then (after my husband suggested it) found that it was the sway bar.
They needed to order one and finally after my husband chasing them numerous times they had...Read more
one and he booked the car in for a service and to fix the sway bar only to find when we turned up that they had given the part to someone else! We then had to wait another few months with constant chasing. We also asked that they order struts for the back tailgate as they had died. We finally dropped the car off to fix the sway bar problem and my husband received a call a few hours later to advise that somehow they had managed to break the windscreen even though they should have been no where near it! They told us they would order a new genuine one and have it replaced. 4 days after dropping it off we finally got the car back. It is still making the clunking noise so that problem wasn't fixed, the windscreen is not a genuine mopar and the windscreen has missing screws and 90% of the seals not sealed properly. Avoid this service centre at all costs!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

chullora jeep service
I find the service department are kind of ignorant and directive ....never called me when service done, I had to ring them . I had to rush down before the closing time. I said brakes are making squiky noise while it is new car... But they said its fine ....week later after second service still making that noise......now m looking for another dealer who has better service. Called for advise as there was warning notice coming up in the screen and they never called me back

Brand new lemon with terrible service also
I purchased a brand new Holden Cruze from Castle Hill and in the three years I've owned it have had to : replace both headlights, replace all brakes, replace battery, replace coolant hose, have multiple services that have been " sold" to me by the castle hill service department, and for the times I have refused, surprise, I've had to come back anyway with a fault...
I do not trust the service department and I will never ever buy another Holden

Kerrie, All these products you have mentioned you replaced over 3 years are wearable items. They wear out over time. Replacing brakes in a 3 year period is normal. Headlight globes? Battery, all these things need to be replaced over time.

Poor Leadership by Sales General Manager
Last Sunday at 9.00 call in to purchase a 2015 jeep, special $19,990_computers were down, staff not sure what to do, 3 .5 hours later, did not complain at all, on the way home, only offered $500 on trade, 2015 holden astra wagon, which we accepted and signed the contract, At lunch back home, rang the saleman and asked if we could keep the trade, advised not a problem, and to ring back the next day to confirm, sunday afternoon so no action would not have being place the order, following morning rang spoke to another saleman, confirm should not be a...Read more
issues, rang back a couple of times, and asked to speck to the manager, he would not have a bar of this this, and would not support his staff, offered to tear the contract up and refund the deposit,he told me the staff only made these statement to keep the customer happy, my reply was, "can understand why Car Dealers cannot be trusted !!! Yes i know i sign the contract, however we all make decision which may not be correct, remember the trade was only $500.00 and offered to pay this, the manager would not make the call to the auction house, not interested in this issue at all. I did purchase the jeep, will not be recommending this car dealership, and every opportunity will be explaining how poorly this was done, repeat business will not be on my rader, I did keep my part of the dealSimilar opinion? Be Afraid at Blacktown.
From the time I arrived the Salesman tried to sell me a Demonstrator which I eventually bought. Later finding out he lied about kilometres on the car, the amount of time it had been a demonstrator. Told me 3 weeks when I received rego papers found it was 3 months. Lied about the price I would have to pay to buy a new one and pushed me to put the deal through by the end of the month or I would not obtain Velocity fly points. Another porky as all he wanted was to get the sale in that month. Sent them an email with my concerns. Their response was sorry but we will clean your car on its first service. Arrogant at best.

Heartland Castle Hill ***Service Department Only***
Had a couple of trivial issues with the car. Made an appointment to have them rectified. Got to the service department early but the mechanics hadnt started. "Summer" a service person who was helping me went out of her way to get the foreman to go for a test drive to identify issues and possible causes as I had to leave quickly for a work appointment in the CBD. The mechanics confirmed the issues and ordered part and had them fitted on a subsequent appointment about three weeks later. The work was done without fuss and I'm really happy with th...Read more
e end result. "Ian" who helped me on second visit was professional and provided some insight into the issue, how it was resolved giving me confidence the team knew what they were doing. Keep up the great work. The sales department (Alfa fiat Jeep section) is another story altogether. I would avoid them based on some poor tactics they tried over me. So salesy and unprofessional. One sales person even said to me he knew where I parked and what I was driving. Mind you I parked on the other side of the street (creepy). He also pulled out his wallet puts it on the table and started pulling out his credit card saying to me what is it going to take for me to do the same and purchase a car. For some context though I only asked him how much with on was one of the cars he had there. But instead I got this unsavoury experience. I only go there now if I'm interested in checking out new car models but I will buy at the north shore dealer instead where I've always experienced down to earth customer service. I think the Castle Hill area deserves a higher calibre sales team for these types of vehicles.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Condescending and rude!
My husband and I went to look for a used car at Castle Hill and were treated like fools. The dealer was completely dismissive and condescending. Won't be back ever again.

Just wanted a price
Interested in a new car, but they never answered my price inquiry. When I got followed up a 3rd time I got cheeky and said how I didn't want the usual bull.... and the reply was "go elsewhere" which I recommend everyone do so. If this is a sample of their service levels, then think how you would go if you had a problem. Rude as lots others have noted here.

Castle hill - not happy
In my opinion this company is only here to make big profits from the local community. My experience as a customer was well below average and seeing the vehicle I traded at their shop with a mark up of over 10 thousand dollars has made my decision never to return or recommend them an easy one.

Pathetic
Just approached them to get a key programmed for my car. They were rude as soon as I stepped in. On top of it, they weren't helpful. That person could've just had a bad day but judging from the rest of the comments on this page, I am guessing it's something else!!

Chullora service center.
Rang the service department the other day to get a security code for the radio in my triton (the code was not written in the audio user manual). They told me to come in with my rego details and then hung up without saying another word. I went in and the staff were already rude without me even saying anything. After checking my details they told me that the radio needs to come out and that I would be charged for the removal of the radio. Once I told them that they would not be getting cent from me they told to go somewhere else and that they would not be doing it. These guys are extremely rude and arrogant. Avoid at all cost.

Heartland Chullora
Today I was with my family at Chullora to buy a car, one of the young guy from service department was swearing in front of customers, really its a shame.
Then I asked his name with the other service technician and he told me that he is a pd manager [name removed].
I changed my mind now not to buy a car from Chullora, will go to Blacktown Heartland.

Chullora Service Center have no customer service skills
The old “Not so” Gentleman person working in their parts and service department was outright rude to my wife and my father. On pervious occasions I have called and got a similar attitude from him over the phone. DO NOT deal with them.

Chullora Service Centre are Rude and Sexist
Your Service Staff at Chullora were completely Rude and Sexist to my wife today when she tried to book in a Service for the ASX. It has a broken sensor that continuously says we need a service. We had it serviced with them first to have this fixed and they did not fix the issue. My wife felt uncomfortable with the people who she spoke to when she picked it up as they treated her like a fool.(she is in fact an engineer). So when after two days the same sensor issue came back, we decided to take it to the MRT Service Centre up near Rhodes instead...Read more
. They went over the car and fixed up some stuff your people missed and reset the sensor while it was there. After another day the sensor warning came back on again. They said we should take it to a Mitsubishi Service Centre to get it replaced as it would be cheaper. When my wife called up this morning to make the booking and let them know. They proceeded to tell her there was nothing wrong with the sensor (without having even looked at it again) and it was her fault for taking it to another Service Centre. These guys need a wake up call. You DON'T treat Customers this way and you DON'T treat women this way either! Do something about it as you will be out of business in no time if you alienate half your customer base.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Fabulous - Upfront, honest, professional & hassle-free.
We recently purchased our new Holden Captiva from Heartland Holden. After visiting numerous car dealers (for all kinds of vehicle makes) my husband and I decided to give our business to Heartland. The team were brilliant, the vehicle was the best value for money. All the staff at Heartland Holden made our decision to purchase from the dealership very easy; the team are upfront, honest and professional. The experience was hassle-free. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from this dealership. When it is time to upgrade from the current vehicle we know where to head. I highly recommend Heartland to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Bad customer service
My husband & I went to Castle Hill to enquire about buying a Jeep Patriot for myself and a Grand Cherokee SRT for my husband. While we were looking around, a salesman came out and we told him I was interested in purchasing a Patriot. I asked some questions about the car, and he was not very friendly, quite dismissive of me and condescending, in other words - what would a mere female know - that dealership immediately lost my sale. My husband then said he was interested in the Grand Cherokee SRT but we were told that there were only a couple we...Read more
could only look at from the outside because they were sold to customers, he then waved in a rough direction where the cars were, then left. We will not be going back to Heartland Castle Hill to purchase Jeeps. Obviously this dealership that can afford to lose about $130,000 in sales. They should take note - don't treat females like they are insignificant. I may not know anything about cars, but I do know what I want and I know that I will not put up with very poor customer service. We will be buying elsewhere.Similar opinion? Lies and More Lies About Software Update for MyLink
Service manager and also two of his staff swore at me black and blue that there is no software update for MyLink on my VF Calais V, even provided me service tax invoice document stating this is not available until April 2015. We had carried out the software update on Mylink audio system as per GMH techline.
The unit in your car has now the latest software.
