Finding and navigating the website is very easy. Shopping is easy. Huge collection of really good organic baby products, among others. Some of them are hard to find elsewhere. The cheatsheets provided are great with loads of information. I will definitely be buying from here in future once my baby is born.
Only bad thing is the prices are a bit higher than other shops or websites for products that are available elsewhere. This made me pick and choose only the products that i could not get cheaper elsewhere.
At the moment i have only got the trial pack of nappies but will be getting more baby products from here in future.

I haven't been to the actual shop, but I recently purchased some nappy samples to figure out which eco nappies were best for my bub. Honestly, I wish I had known of Hello Charlie (HC) from the start, it would have saved me lots of money from trying different nappy brands and sizes. Also, I have read all her cheat sheets for different products and I am loving them. I work in marketing and research is always I try and do for the products I purchase. Unfortunately, having worked in the industry, I saw first hand the little that ethics has to do with most products on the market.
