Superb! Really enjoy the ease and taste of all the meals
I have found not having to think of my meals on a daily basis is a definite highlight. The meals are very easy to make and of restaurant quality, 99% of the meals we love. I will continue as I have cut down on my trips to the supermarket which saves me money too.

Delicious!
The only reason that I gave it 4 stars, is because sometimes I'm unable to afford it full price. But the recipes have always been amazing and the portion sizes are very generous!

Love my new teenage chefs!

Be careful
I received an invoice from hellofresh for 4 deliveries that were recently made to an old address (haven’t lived there for over 12 months) and I did not make the orders yet hellofresh are trying to make me pay for them. Despite telling them I didn’t make the orders and I don’t live at that address they are still trying to make me pay.

It's really concerning to hear that you've had deliveries arrive at an old address! We understand that cancelled customers sometimes want to log back in and check out our menus, so this won't prompt an order. For this to happen, you need to click the "Reactivate & Select Meals" button if you're on our website, or the "Reactivate Now" button if you're on the app and then follow the steps to continue your subscription again. We often miss our customers who are no longer with us, so if you're still subscribed to our email communications, we might send out a little 'welcome back' discount off a box! These emails will have a green button that says "Let's Cook" which will then take you to your account to activate yourself. Communication with a business and their customers is key so we always try to keep that channel open. Whenever an account is cancelled or reactivated, it automatically generates an email confirmation so you're always aware of the status of your subscription. With all this being said, I have passed on the feedback to our Marketing Team so that we can work on making this clearer if need be. If you'd like to chat through your experience, I'd be more than happy to organise a time to talk over the phone with you and we can try and get some clarity around what's happened! The most stupid delivery and worst service
Never buy again
The delivery guy just left the package in front of the building/complex of 100 units without giving us a call or ringing the unit. They did it twice in a raw
First time they told me you have mentioned in your delivery method " in front of the unit"!!!
Delivery guy must be stupid to consider "in front of unit" means " in front of building" of 100 units.
I asked them to give me a call before leaving the package in front of the building for the next week
This week, they did the same stupid delivery. I called the customer service and they put ma on hold for 25 minutes to figure it out why this happened again. After 25 minutes they just hung the phone without any response

It's really disappointing to hear that the driver hasn't been following your delivery instructions - we would always expect them to buzz your unit, with the only exception being if you have selected our overnight window. During this window, Australian Legislation restricts couriers from ringing/knocking/buzzing during the 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM delivery window, as it is illegal to make any residential disturbance during this time. It's extremely concerning to hear you were kept on hold for such a long time, and that the line was disconnected - this is incredibly disappointing and we would love the chance to look into this further. In the event that our service standards aren't met, we can track down the exact interaction with that Customer Care team member and notify our internal Quality Assurance Team to review and provide appropriate feedback and additional training. Nothing left to do but cook and enjoy.
My Hello Fresh is delivered weekly. I have enjoyed every single recipe. I spend no more than 40m in the kitchen for restaurant grade meal results. The portions are perfect. Follow the recipe and everything is dished at once. I feel like l really achieve something when my dish matches the picture on the recipe. I have had a couple of not so fresh veges but very seldom and Hello Fresh always takes feedback on board!

Not recommended
Very disappointed and not recommended. After the free box, the account was canceled but they still charged us for a second box which is the way that they recover the money. Nothing is free!!

We're so sorry if there was any confusion around the nature of our service! The last thing we want is for our customers to think they're being robbed or locked into something without their knowledge. Transparency and clarity around our business model is so important in making our customers feel cared for. That's why we specify multiple times during the checkout, and in your confirmation email, that we are a weekly subscription service. Although the orders run weekly as a default, you can just get the first discounted box - that's no problem! If you're going away or just don't fancy it the next week, you always have the option to skip or cancel your deliveries after your first box with us. Everything works around our weekly deadline of 11:59 PM (Sydney Time) on the Tuesday prior to your next delivery for all cancellations and changes. We know it might seem like a long way from when the food gets delivered, but we need to give our suppliers and couriers plenty of notice to plan for the upcoming week. We order quite a lot these days so they need a bit of time to fill the trolley, so we can pack up every box and have it delivered fresh for every customer to start cooking! After this deadline passes, we confirm and lock in all orders with our suppliers for the upcoming week and purchase all the ingredients. Whenever an account is cancelled, you will receive an email to confirm your account is cancelled, confirming the date of your last delivery. A bit hit and miss
I believe this service comes with a premium price tag so when there is frequent rotten or slimy produce it is extremely disappointing. I am loving cooking with ingredients that I hadn't previously and trying new things. We occasionally have leftovers after feeding 1adult and 4 children. I avoid the meals that use sausages as I don't believe that is value for money. Most meals my children love (aged 10 and under). We cook as a family with the easy to follow recipe cards. I am beginning to find the recipe flavors becoming a little repetitive. Hopefully there will be more diversity and consistency of fresh produce moving forward.

Very disappointed with Hello Fresh. I was sent a link for a free box from a friend so i could try hello fresh for the first time. I even paid an additional amount to upgrade the free box to a family meal. Along with first order my bank account was than charged an additonal amount of nearly $200 for a second box that i did not order. I called up and emailed to cancel and they refunded me and confirmed i would still be getting my free box as per my first order. The food is fine, concept is fine, however it is an opt out program not a opt in!! They don't return calls or inquiries. It’s an easy option for my lifestyle
I like that everything is there to use, no waste. The meals are very tasty and the menu is so easy to use. A dish washer helps as you tend to use a lot of dishes in the beginning however after a while you prepare, wash and cook in a timely manner. I love it.

Good value, delicious meals
Really like hello fresh and think the meals are tasty, the quality of ingredients is high and never really had issues with delivery. Better than other food delivery services in my opinion! Really happy made the switch over.

All of our ingredients are generally packaged separately, and could easily be substituted for alternative ingredient(s) you have at home if they're not suitable.
However, if the allergen is extremely severe, we wouldn't recommend using HelloFresh as we cannot guarantee our suppliers are producing in allergen free facilities.
