I have found not having to think of my meals on a daily basis is a definite highlight. The meals are very easy to make and of restaurant quality, 99% of the meals we love. I will continue as I have cut down on my trips to the supermarket which saves me money too.

The only reason that I gave it 4 stars, is because sometimes I'm unable to afford it full price. But the recipes have always been amazing and the portion sizes are very generous!

Some of my favourite recipes have come from hello fresh especially being vegetarian I am always on the lookout! The convenience is great not having to plan what to eat.

Every meal has been great so far. No issues with produce, great communication when delivered & good updates re Covid 19. We do add extra veggies some nights for the kids.

HelloFresh meals have broken the drudgery of weekday meals for us. My teenagers pick a meal and have everything they need delivered for them to cook a delicious and healthy meal for the family. They’re learning to be confident cooks, and I get a break from cooking dinner. Win win :)

I received an invoice from hellofresh for 4 deliveries that were recently made to an old address (haven’t lived there for over 12 months) and I did not make the orders yet hellofresh are trying to make me pay for them. Despite telling them I didn’t make the orders and I don’t live at that address they are still trying to make me pay.

Never buy again
The delivery guy just left the package in front of the building/complex of 100 units without giving us a call or ringing the unit. They did it twice in a raw
First time they told me you have mentioned in your delivery method " in front of the unit"!!!
Delivery guy must be stupid to consider "in front of unit" means " in front of building" of 100 units.
I asked them to give me a call before leaving the package in front of the building for the next week
This week, they did the same stupid delivery. I called the customer service and they put ma on hold for 25 minutes to figure it out why this happened again. After 25 minutes they just hung the phone without any response

The worst experience ever had

My Hello Fresh is delivered weekly. I have enjoyed every single recipe. I spend no more than 40m in the kitchen for restaurant grade meal results. The portions are perfect. Follow the recipe and everything is dished at once. I feel like l really achieve something when my dish matches the picture on the recipe. I have had a couple of not so fresh veges but very seldom and Hello Fresh always takes feedback on board!

Very disappointed and not recommended. After the free box, the account was canceled but they still charged us for a second box which is the way that they recover the money. Nothing is free!!

Most Recipes have great flavour and serving sizes is spot on! Their recipes are easy to follow and the pricing is reasonable for what you receive. Would recommend everyone to give it a go.

HelloFresh have helped me get back into cooking without it feeling like a chore. I’ve learnt some great new ways to make meals extra tasty and their produce is super fresh. I’m addicted now, it’s worth every cent.

I believe this service comes with a premium price tag so when there is frequent rotten or slimy produce it is extremely disappointing. I am loving cooking with ingredients that I hadn't previously and trying new things. We occasionally have leftovers after feeding 1adult and 4 children. I avoid the meals that use sausages as I don't believe that is value for money. Most meals my children love (aged 10 and under). We cook as a family with the easy to follow recipe cards. I am beginning to find the recipe flavors becoming a little repetitive. Hopefully there will be more diversity and consistency of fresh produce moving forward.

I am obsessed with the different variety of meals, I love how easy it is to know make a decision on what’s for dinner and the step by step means my kids get in the kitchen and cook instead of just myself or their dad.

I like that everything is there to use, no waste. The meals are very tasty and the menu is so easy to use. A dish washer helps as you tend to use a lot of dishes in the beginning however after a while you prepare, wash and cook in a timely manner. I love it.

Really like hello fresh and think the meals are tasty, the quality of ingredients is high and never really had issues with delivery. Better than other food delivery services in my opinion! Really happy made the switch over.

Not only is hello fresh super tasty but it’s also extremely simple. All the recipes are super easy to follow and the amount of food u get will always fill you. I always have left overs.
Couldn’t live without it!

We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the food we have received. The freshness, variety and different recipes are amazing. We are two adults and find that each time, we have a full serve left, or half each for a light meal. Easy to prepare and extremely tasty.

Great variety and an excellent product. A lot of the food I would say restaurant quality. Very happy with the product and feel it is quite good value for money.
