JimJ. "Did not do any additional exercise." How much exercise did you do BEFORE you commenced the program? I do not believe that ANY weight loss program will succeed unless you include some/increased exercise.

i have only been using it for 3 weeks and I've lost 4 kilos, I put protein powder and fruit and nuts etc to make it a more balanced meal and to add more calories to it. I am extremely busy and struggle to cook healthy meals so this is convenient for me and i would defiantly recommend it. I have read reviews that it's not enough calories and you lose your muscle etc but I think adding the extra protein and healthy fats helps that a lot and obviously exercise is a must for any diet!

I started on herbalife a little under 2months ago. It was the best decision I ever made. Feeling great and motivated to reach my goal. It seems expensive but when you work out how much your spending on food this ends up being cheaper and such a great community support group

I did the 5 day challenge. I followed the eating plan to the T, and walked 30mins a day. I gained 2kg's, and felt bloated, and constipated.

What a waste of time.

I think just eating healthy and following the calorie target will achieve better results. Formula 1 shake is poison.

I'm from Bhubaneswar and had started taking herballife from sept withy weight 96 kg guaranteed with loss of 10 kg in 3 month now I m 89 kg from last 2 month and not a single point weight loss the person who promised me is now refusing to refund and and take back the left product plus it has raised my thyroid problem cheater yes there are cheater

I actually like the taste of the protein shake and I have it with fat free milk. The first time I followed the program I followed it to the "T", I lost weight but I was having constipation throughout and had such bad pains I ended up having to have a CT scan. I stopped for a while and decided to give it another try - same thing. Very constipated. I take the fiber tablet and consume alot of water but I don't think it's healthy to be like this.

I have been on Herbalife now for 3 months and am loving it. I have lost 6 kilos and am feeling the best I ever have. I am more energized, I feel positive and I love the community and support system that is in place. The products are tasty, especially the flavoured aloe and the active fibre complex! If you are looking for similar results, try it.

Well...everyone has different reaction to certain things...some may have good effect and some may have bad...thus if it doesn't have done good on you then stop and go for something that would suit you better....and if doing good on you then carry on!as for me .. I'm happy with the effect...my big belly s smaller now...my moon face is deflating now :) ...and i feel light and feeling good with myself again! It s easy at first....but with the result I'm getting i can say its all worth it!

Recently I decided to give it a try and went ahead and met their representative, they are very pushy to sell their product, their products are as same as protein shakes and some vitamins thrown in. I lost only 2 kilos in a month that was also just the body fluid. Its just the waste of your time, money and energy, not worth it at all.

Having followed all the guidelines stipulated by herbalife, I only lost 2 kg during the 3 months I was on it. According to the Australian Dieticians Association you should consume products with less than 10 gm of sugar per 100 gm of product; 1 serving of F1 contains 22 gm of sugar. So much for being a health product!

It absolutely worked for me..... does give u little bad feelings at first...but it's because of cleansing the system... n adapting to new product..
Started feeling the change in no time.. loads of energy n started shrinking soon..

BEWARE if you have kidney problems keep clear! I am in pain & am now seeing doctor, stomach cramps etc.
