Didn't know what to expect from Hermitage Homes after our last built with a major builder. We had never heard about Hermitage Homes before but found them professional and the whole process was quick and completed ahead of schedule. Happy with the final work, however, landscaping can be improved.

Won't hesitate to engage them in our future project.

I have built before, but this was my first experience with Hermitage. I was pleasantly surprised! My requests for plan changes were done efficiently and at no cost to me. There was some delay on my part with a progress payment due to bank delays, but Hermitage were understanding and thankfully did not put any financial penalties on me as a result. Settlement was in December 2022, so Xmas made it a little difficult, but they were accommodating. I found the quality of the work to be of a good standard.

My build design was Catalina 20/Prominent Facade and there we some brick colour changes before we started though it went smooth sail with the lovely Abbey at Hermitage Homes who could not be more helpful. My construction was completed: Feb 2018 and at the price i was quoted. Since then I have had several issues that have required attention and have recently dealt with Donna in Homecare who has been extremely responsive, proficient and customer focus which has been great!

The workmanship and build quality of my property just OK and I find few places got water leakage problem
The company handled them just wait too long and not very satisfied after post construction
I also send follow up email to Hermitage but no anyone reply me, I need to call my agent contact to site manager to handle that directly
My final cost just on market prices

So far the process with Heritage Homes has been seamless. I am looking forward to a quick but high quality build. First time we will be using this builder, this is an investment property, so far I wouldn't have an issue using them again. Five stars so far to Heritage Homes.

Still in building permit phase at the moment but all correspondence has been excellent, hope the build is as good as expected when commenced. Regular emails with constant updates of everything we require. I would strongly recommend full turn key packages with hermitage homes. Final cost hasn’t been altered even with change of plans.

We built few house before, this is second house built by Hermitage Homes. Both house did in excellent finishes and with high quality. Special thanks to our site manager Shane and Kevin From Nexcon Building Consultant to explain each stage process. Hermitage Homes did a competitive cost when we compare to the other builder. Excellent service with no additional costs during construction.

Can't fault with the builder or the whole process of building a property with them. Everything went according to plan. No issue dealing with the company (Miranda). They were very helpful and patiently helped me out with all my queries and demands. Happy with the workmanship and also post handover support with any small things arising on usage. Hermitage made the build of our home in December 2022 so easy. We chose the Onix design but altered the facade to the Duke and we have been very happy with the results. A few minor changes where requested and nothing seemed too difficult. The communication from them was timely, we never had to chase anything up and the workmanship of the property is of a high standard. When it came to final payment, their figures matched ours perfectly which is always a huge relief at the end. Paying a little more for all the 'bells and whistles' was worth it. Thanks especially to Miranda & Bob our site supervisor... he's always on the pulse of his jobs and doesn't let anything slip through!

Property turn around was quick however it impacted the quality of delivery in the final product. Upon inspection few core issues were found which were rectified in due time however as it was my first investment property my expectations were high.
