I am really happy with communication, time frame,on time to job, fantastic improvement to my home. Could not be happier with an Aussie product and so well finished.Wonderful and Thankyou.

A great experience in dealing with Hi Craft throughout the entire process from sales through to completion. The team listened well to our requirements, spent the time to explore options, gave me choices, responsive always and Norm and the team was great in the construction phase and Lyn and Jess were great responding to all the questions during the process. It's very rare that I cannot find any fault in a construction job :). The team managed expectations well and kept to the timeline promised which is also rare in construction! I can truly say they did an awesome job with the project (here's a pic of the finished carport). Very happy with the service, work and the end product. Highly recommend this team!

Fantastic communication and professionalism from John Murphy (senior Design Consultant) and David Reed (Project Manager). We signed the contract # 018436 at the first home visited with John. We also visited Emu Plains showroom few time to see the material, the staff were very helpful. The builders as well did a very good job and they were always on time . We'll use HI-Craft Services in a near future.

When we shopped around for a carport concept and quote we were immediately impressed with Richard representing Hi-Craft Home Improvements Pty Ltd. We subsequently visited their show area at Emu Plains and again were impressed. We signed up (Contract E18103). The positive experience continued right through the process and we are absolutely delighted with our finished carport, project managed by David and built by Rocky. Theirs wasn't the cheapest quote but the old saying "you get what you pay for" is true - the quality is certainly there. Thank you Hi-Craft for such a friendly, helpful, problem free experience. We would gladly recommend Hi-Craft to others considering quality home improvements.

The sales rep was very clear in his responses to our many questions and concerns, as we were replacing a roof that did not perform well. He was able to reassure us by showing us actual pieces of the materials used. He was always available to clarify any misconceptions we had. The contractor arrived on time for each of the 4 days of construction. He was polite and worked hard every day. He cleaned away all packaging and offcuts of materials.
We love the height of the new roof which has turned a patio into a true indoor-outdoor room; we know w will "live" our there all year.

We had a pergola installed and from the start had problems:
- Contractor started work without letting us know he was there and started installing it in the wrong place even though the plans were right
- It's leaked since the day it was finished
- We had to reattach some aluminium trim that fell off after 5 months. It wasn't glued or screwed to the roof, just jammed on.

This wouldn't have been as bad if we hadn't paid a premium price to avoid these sorts of issues

Very happy with the end result! Very nicely built, very solid. It took a while for Council, etc. to do their thing, & a bit pricey, but now that it’s all done, very pleased.

Hi Craft designed and built a freestanding carport for us to protect our caravan (Contract E16514) and we couldn't be happier with the result. Despite having to wait an extraordinary length of time for our Council to approve the development (no fault of Hi Craft) the process was seamless and the service we received from start to finish was fantastic. Norm our project manager was great to deal with and the installation by Shane went without a hitch. I would have no hesitation recommending Hi Craft to anyone looking to build a carport. Thanks to all at Hi Craft for a job well done !

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Hi Craft for their outstanding service whilst providing us our new carports. the team were outstanding, Rocky who’s attention to detail installing the structure was amazing, David our supervisor who kept us up to date every day and who’s scheduling allowed the job to be completed weeks in advance, and finally to our sales rep Alam always with a friendly and happy smile, nothing ever to much trouble. We are absolutely delighted with our new verandah. From the first contact at our visit to the showroom we experienced professional and seamless progress from quote, to appointment of a project manager, to construction and completion. Communication between the various members of the team was consistently high and we were always kept informed. We are thoroughly impressed with the company and quality of the workmanship.

Firstly the service we received from sales was exceptional. Johnny was helpful and he listens to our needs. We managed to come up with a solution that fits our budget. The installation and planning was a breeze. Norm who project managed our work informed us of the progress regularly. The installation lead by Andre was fantastic. They are on time, They did a Fantastic job. Very happy with the workmanship. They also kept our area clean. They finish the work on time. Our lights installed by Adrian finished the overall look of the space. We love our new place and strongly recommend highcraft based on product quality, service and price

They say that good things come to those who wait, well it’s true, had a carport made up with a gable roof and it looks spectacular, very impressed with workmanship and speed of project
