We are currently in the construction stage with Hickinbotham and have had a wonderful experience thus far. In saying that, we would like to point out the exceptional customer service we have had from Samantha Parobiec in selections. We often see reviews for the building consultants but never see anything for the people working behind the scenes making sure everything comes together. Samantha has gone above and beyond for us and we have been extremely happy with the service she has provided. Keep up the great work Sam! It does get noticed.

As a second time home builder, my wife and I have found Drew Westcott from Hickinbotham Homes, Moana Display Village to be absolutely fantastic & was a pleasure to do business with. Drew seems to work 24/7 as he is always prompt in responding to any of my queries & design changes via email (there were a lot of them) and it never seemed to bother him. Drew was particularly patient in making design changes and giving us sound advise on what options we should take. Drew was also very cool & calm when we brought our screaming kids into his office where they tested his patience & resilience. I look forward to the remainder of the build process with Hickinbotham.

We have just finished our pre construction phase which has been such a quick, smooth process with great thanks to our building consultant, Kristen Williams! She is such a thorough, outgoing, approachable person who put in so much of her own time and effort to create our dream home!! She is always available to answer our questions and has always been by our side every step of the way! We would highly recommended anyone building their home to work with Kristen.

I have recently started my first home build with Drew and to date he has been a delight to work with. We found Michelle Bryant from Hickinbotham to be wonderful to deal with. She was knowledgeable, understanding, patient and more importantly, she was honest. She worked above expectations and was incredibly patient with us during the process. Our final cost was quite higher than expected due to the soil on our block, one thing this virus has been good for was lowering the RBA interest rate so we were able to get past this hurdle as otherwise this jump in cost would have left us unable to build.

As a first home owner it is a very scary decision to build a house as your first home! Drew has been amazing in helping us to create a custom built home which has everything in it that we both want. He has made himself readily available nearly all the time to answer any of our questions and to calm our nerves! Thank you so much Drew, we would highly reccommend to all our friends and family.

Before my wife and I met Ian, we have met many building consultants in other companies. We didn't choose them for variety reasons. And since we met Ian, he is very patient and professional to solve our problems.
Ian is like a very good friend, gives us lots of suggestions on the plan regarding our needs. it really helpful for the first time building people,makes us avoid lots of unnecessary parts may makes us regards in the future.
Finally, we singed the contract. Ian is the best building consultant we have ever met.

So far leading up to the pre-construction phase Drew at Moana Seaside has gone above and beyond to help us create our dream home. He has listened and worked with our ideas throughout the whole custom planning of our home and he has provided us with in-depth information and guided us “first home owner” through the whole process and answered all our questions truthfully.

Louise Ashmore looked after my Husband and I through our pre-construction phase. From the word go, Louise called us to introduce herself and explained what was going to happen during the next phase of our build. She was always extremely polite and open to any questions, no matter how small or silly we felt they were being first time builders. Louise would update us regularly via email/phone to report on the progress throughout this phase, which was great as your not physically seeing anything, it's just paperwork other than selections. I would say to anyone being looked after by Louise that your certainly in good hands.
