Products made to just outlast the warranty period, really?
Up until the middle of February 2020, I was happy with my Hisense TV. I did have an issue with it, when it was almost new, which was a main board malfunction. Service technicians attended, replaced the board, and everything was good for almost 3 years. After returning from overseas, mid February, I went to turn my TV on, and to my complete despair, the problem was back again! I am shattered, as I have told so many friends how happy I was, with the TV! I rang Hisense customer service, and was, at first, delighted with their willingness to help. ...Read more
After following all of their instructions, I reset the unit. All this did, was make the TV WORSE, to the point that it will no longer respond to the remote! The service advisor told me that it would require the assistance of a service technician, but as it is out of warranty, it would be at my expense. I pointed out that it is the same problem that was previously fixed, which means that it's been less than 3 years since that repair! Remember, this part was brand new, and fitted by a Hisense technician! I also brought up with the representative, that it seems as if Hisense are repairing items to get them just beyond the warranty period, and that this is not fair. I also asked if as a gesture of good faith, would I be able to ask for the repair to be done. The representative then told me that Hisense only needs to make things to just outlive the warranty, and that they can't help me, as they would have to help everyone else. The obvious question is, does every other Hisense customer have a warranty claim? Surely not! I rang consumer affairs, and they believe that it's not unreasonable to expect such and expensive item to last well beyond the warranty, not just scrap over the line, after being patched up when it was almost new! Not good enough Hisense, I will be investigating the options given to me, by consumer affairs. I am so disappointed!Purchased in July 2021 at The Good Guys for $900.00.

Not able to turn on after 3 years and 4 months
No red light at all .Tried troubleshooting according with the web searching but not working with my case.
The timing is a little bit awkward. We have a SONY for more than 10 years and still work well. Emailed Hisense and wait to see what will happen.
Purchased in June 2021 for $1,000.00.

Good Tv with 3year peace of mind warranty.
I have Hisense 58k322uw smart tv since last 2 years and have no issues with it. Only annoying thing with it is that response time while changing the channels is not good. Otherwise it is a good product, this product is discontinued.
Wireless connectivity is good, youtube button on the remote comes handy.
I paid roughly 900 for this TV and i will not hesitate to buy another hisense tv in the near future.

Really good TV for this price
Using this TV for almost 2 years now and so far this is a really good TV for this price.
I paid about $800 in 2016 for a smart 58 inch TV, which is a good price. I would have probably pay the double for a brand like Sony / Samsung ....
The things that I LOVE with this TV is the Netflix / Youtube button.
Actually I took a netflix subscription because of my TV, just having to press one button and navigate thanks to your remote is awesome.
90% of my time, I'm just using Netflix or Youtube now.

awesome picture
the picture quality on this tv is awesome for both playing xbox and watching movies . with the 65 inch screen its almost life size. the smart tv side of things is good but its almost forcing you in a way to have netflix which is good but not necessary to have but for netflix and youtube .
overall great tv though

Picture perfect
With 4K Ultra HD, viewing TV and movies is a dream with more than 8 million pixels and Full High Definition, the result is picture clarity that I want to reach out and touch. Colours are lifelike and motion is seamless, with cutting-edge technology which shows in stunning brightness and detail.
With Dolby Sound, it's just like being at the movies.
With enough ports for 2 USB and HDMI ports, there's enough for plugging in your gaming system, external hard drive etc.
With Smart TV channels it's easy to access the Internet, Netflix and Freeview...Read more

Love our buy it has lots of ports, it's a smart TV most apps are available love YouTube and Netflix, picture quality is great. The built in speakers ain't so great we had to use our surround sound system to enhance the sound quality but overall it is a good buy.

Ok
I have just bought this TV and I find that if you have played around in the menu to adjust 'Picture settings' whilst in Netflix, or an input like Blu Ray, when you go back to the TV tuner, the remote is very slow to respond and if you press the volume up/down the volume will go up, but the volume level indicator on the screen does not show. The channels also do not change. I simply turn it off and back on and the problem is resolved. But overall I like the picture quality and speakers. Sorry I don't remember the price.

Very real crisp picture.
The picture quality is excellent, very clear and crisp. The speakers are a great improvement on our previous television's speaker system which had to be spread all around the room. The Hisense has a clear, crisp sound. The unit has enough ports to suit our purposes. We are very satisfied with the Smart TV's operating system and apps?

Love this TV
Picture and sound quality is great! I can't find any faults with it at all! I bought this for $875 from Harvey Norman and I am really happy with it. With 4k UHD definition, this is definitely a great value buy. There are some build it apps as well, which i haven't explored much except for Netflix and Youtube. Those two kept me busy for a while.
In comparison with other major brands out there, Sony, Panasonic, if you are prepared to fork out another $1k extra, by all means. But I'm happy with this TV and will not look elsewhere.

Good TV
TV works well. Happy with picture. Only problem is that the Freeview catchup TV option does not work. Was told that we need a software update that might fix the problem. TV unable to update software itself while connected to wi fi - will need the update emailed to me.
Great 3 year warranty and back-up service

Our first & only flat screen - what have I been missing!
After using a jvc analog TV for 25 years we decided to go digital when it died. We are so glad we did, we checked out all the TV's available in Tassie & spoke to numerous people & settled on the Hisense
Best value & superb picture, plus we get Netflix as a bonus which makes it even better.
Would heartily recommend to anyone looking for the best quality picture to price ratio.
Easy to use apps & great set of available ports makes this a pleasure to use.
Inbuilt speakers are excellent & we haven't even thought of getting a soundbar yet.

Our Hisense control has become almost impossible to use. The left button for scrolling won’t respond unless you press the button countless times. Plus 10play now no longer plays. You can find the show you want to play but it won’t allow the show to load.
