Hi all, 630 ltr French door Hisense, when turned on it displays H and 4 on the display, assuming 4 is the fridge temp?
Says H means a problem with the heater but just hot wired the heater element and it gets super hot as it should? Any ideas anyone?
Thanks

The bottom freezer drawer, whilst it closes does not seal completely. The left side is a flush seal but the right hangs slightly ajar. Any suggestions?

Hi Manda - I had exactly the same problem and my fridge is only 10 months old but has only had 7 months use as I was away and turned it off. I was ready to chuck it out as the freezer drawer was covered in frost. I unscrewed the bottom piece from the back of the fridge and gave it a vac and made sure the fan was turning. All was ok there but still no difference in the freezer. I scraped the ice off every day and today I found a lump of ice on the right hand side of where the freezer drawer pulls out. It's the square metal bit that's still attached to the fridge and it has a little square opening in the middle. As soon as I chipped the lump of ice off I felt the freezer start up and it was gushing cold air. I don't know how I missed that piece all this time but it's working fine AND the drawer closes properly. Before this I could see the freezer light shining through the seal. Maybe you could try this and hopefully your problem will be rectified.

This is a sleek and sexy setup with loads of room and unplumbed water which makes life super easy. The matte black doors are an easy clean as are the internal glass shelves. However we've had issues with the fresh veg compartment right from the beginning. Irrespective of the recommendations on humidity levels for the drawer, repeated adjustments don't change the fact that whatever FRESH produce you put in, items become limp and soggy overnight. We coped with that by bagging the produce but now the freezer has gone haywire. It started frosting contents yesterday but now the drawer is actually freezing over, creating a cascade of dislodged icicles all over the floor. Given it was only purchased in November this is unexpected. Advice on how this can be rectified?

Hi Walter, please ensure that fridge is not exposed directly to sunlight or anywhere that close to high level of heat, Also make sure enough ventilation, ideally and fist length away from back wall, Please disconnect power to fridge and check back vents, condenser and condenser fan blade are now covered in dust, And last, Make sure products are not overloaded and are evenly place and are not place directly in front of freezer back wall vents, If your still having trouble, then it's best to leave to a service technician. Good luck

Hi Lasea, You will need the model number (compliance sticker with model and serial# is located inside fridge section on the side wall or at the back of the fridge) And then you just do a online search for user manual. But if your still having trouble, best then to call customer support. Good luck

Will need model? If its not plumb in, you most likely have the tank not sitting correctly.

You say you have defrosted the fridge?? Did you turn off the fridge and leave the door open for at least 24 hrs, I find a lot of customer advise that they perform a manual defrost, but they are not aware of a large Ice block on the evaporator thats located behind the covers, And also please check the your have not overloaded the freezer, and ensure doors are closing, you can also place sheet paper between the cabinet and door, slowly pulled the paper out, if you can easily pull it out, they means your seals are not sealing, Which causes hot air to leak inside your freezer.
