I hate it! It refused to fill up more than 35 litres on P1 (which is supposed to fill to max of 86 litres).

This machine would be really superb if program P1 would fill up properly. Instead of a max of 86 litres I could only get 35! That doesn't even wet the clothes and the machine just scrapes the clothes against the sides of the drum. Very disappointing. had to use P4 instead which only allows a max of 60 litres. After 8 months of hassles they finally gave me a refund.

Purchased in June 2021 at Joyce Mayne Physical store for A$950.00.

Works Well

I have had this machine for 3 weeks now
I have used the speedy wash and fuzzy wash programs. They are both very efficient. The clothes come out clean with minimal creases. I am happy with the way this machine washes the clothes. It does take longer to complete a program than my previous machine but it does do a better job. This machine was a pleasant surprise.

Purchased in July 2021 at Bing Lee Physical store for A$850.00.

Hate It

Not happy with end result. Every single load comes out tangled together in a massive ball and this is so frustrating
Would not recommend this machine to anyone so disappointed

The key to using this machine is to estimate how much water you need first. If you need less than 60L use the P4 program and adjust the water level with the button. If more than 60 L use the P1 program
The machine does not magically know how much water to put in unless you tell it how much.

Hi there I have a hitachi top load washing machine with a folding lid which has died after many years service. Does hitachi or any other brand for that matter have this folding lid feature anymore?

I am looking to replace my own Hitachi washingmachine with the folding lid. Died yesterday after 22 years of perfect service. Been looking and nothing out there is a patch on its features. Really sad and disappointing!
