Hi, I am thinking of building in the near future and looking at HGWA at the moment.
I was wondering how easy will it be to change any of the standard inclusions in your house designs and choose our own brand or product instead of what is being offered if we ever needed to.
Thanks.

Hi Home Group,
I have built a house through you, key handover was 27 September 2013.
In Baldivis and Majority of all walks in the house has very visible spider cracking from floor to ceiling, this is a major concern and is spreading, there is druminess when its tapped indicating its about to fall off .
I understand that theres 6 years under master builders for workmanship and its inside that period.
I have had a building inspector sight this and mentioned this needs to be fixed asap or the entire home will need to be replastered and painted.
I know this is not a common problem in homes in WA and require this to be replaced/ repaired.

Hi Ryan, there are different criteria to consider for wall cracks, with allowed cracking well documented in Australian Standards. Please contact our maintenance department via email for further information at [email protected]
Provide us with your address and contact details, photos are a big help, ideally place a ruler over the crack so the width is clear in the photo. Our maintenance department will assess your concern’s using your photos so they can then assess and determine if the wall, ceiling or cornice cracking are covered under warranties.

I understand what you are saying and I will contact the maintenance side.
However there must be a certain period, amount of time, like a warranty.
I do not want to go all this bother to take pics and emails. For use to write back that you only covered for 2 years.
