Cap broke and I tried to order from them and it's never in stock. Every time I try to contact customer service they reply with a very RUDE response asking me to keep checking and it MIGHT be back in stock eventually. Do not recommend this to anyome. Complete waste of money.

This appliance is good. I have used it many times without an issue. Water tank lasts ages. It's nice not having to fill it up multiple times a day. It omits a very fine spray of cool mist.

However, for coughs, colds, congestion I prefer a warm air steam vaporizer.

I followed the instructions to remove the plastic smell but it didn't work after a week of feeling slightly unwell from the smell I took it back. Not really happy with it and I think it is overpriced I paid $160 (with a $20% discount). There are cheap ones with better reviews.

I have been using it for the last 2-3 years, found it to be super noisy not matter whichever setting or function its operating. Definitely don't recommending using it in the bedroom. It sometimes also makes a really weird drone sound, have to keep turning it off and on to make it go away. It was advertised a super quiet, which is very misleading, do not buy this one if you are looking for a silent operating humidifier.

Brought it home, filled it, plugged it in - returned 5 minutes later to find the entire 3.75 litres of water all over my lounge room!! The base and water tank had come apart! Seriously NOT HAPPY! Would never buy this again and strongly recommend others avoid this dehumidifier! Very Bad.

Got this unit as my son was suffering with eczema (dry skin). Enough light to be used as a night light. It is not super quiet but I wanted to add a bit of noise to make my son not be a delicate darling :) I also bought extra filters with it but have not used them. Water refill lasts me for 3 nights if you use number 2 for speed. At no 4 it will require a refill the next day. Overall a great unit as I have been using it for more than 1 year already. Unit also auto shuts off when water finishes and turns on the red light instead of a cool blue light. Over all very happy with the unit.

The humidifier works well after 4 months in use, however many things need to be done to make it better.
The oscillator is very noisy. Sometimes it stops working.
Hard to clean both the tank and the body.
Hard to fill the water in the tank. Also hard to empty it
Too expensive
One full tank can be used for 4 days
