She did a little bit of interior and a whole lot of cleaning (we have massive window and balconies) before listing. The occupancy and return is good. All clients gave 4/5 review on Airbnb. Hometime manage our 1 bedroom Brisbane unit. Occupancy rates are well over 90% each year. I do nothing, they do everything As a private individual there is no way I could manage this unit with this amount of occupancy/turn over and marketing so it’s worth every cent. It’s their tech combined with having a personal contact. It’s a 5 from me.

Hometime are the fourth short term rental company I’ve tried since 2015. I've put 6 properties with Hometime since the beginning of 2022, this has gone very well but after the past 6 months income performance they are now, officially, by far the best.

Nice enough staff but they add no value to the rental property market. Excessive cleaning fee charges and the highest commission in the market. Nightly rates are low due to the high cleaning fee and they don't even adjust rates up for special events, school holidays, etc. Sad that they are buying up their competition which spreads the problem wider. Just another tech startup that will make some quick money for it's founders but leave a trail of destruction when it busts. There are better options out there, keep searching!!

I highly recommend Hometime. I waited to provide an accurate review and was very happy with the service from day one. A huge thanks to the awesome GC team! There is no way I could provide my own AirBnB service to the same quality and I knew I needed an external service, my Hometime team have worked very hard to ensure our guests are happy and comfortable and look after my place and belongings with great care, absolutely zero regrets.

We are overseas for six months of the year and engage Hometime to manage our property on AirBnB whilst we are away.
We wouldn't contemplate doing this without them as it would otherwise just be too difficult vetting guests, responding to their queries and any problems and making sure that our home is beautifully clean and well presented each time.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Abdullah and his team at Hometime in Sydney. I had to rush back to Perth for a family crisis and the Hometime team tended to all the smaller maintenance issues which arose when I first rented out my flat. Abdullah and his team ensured my place was rented at least 90% of the time despite the crowded Bondi airbnb market. The reviews I had from guests were very, very positive. The cleaning was timely and thorough and I didn't have any of the hassle associated with renting out a flat. I think a great option if you don't have time to handle yourself and even if you do!
