Excellent
A reliable vehicle, good build quality. Plain styling, however, first Honda and won't be the last. Overall very happy with the car. This isn't a real four wheel drive so don't drive it as one.
Reliable have travelled 100K in three years and hasn't missed a beat
Dashboard plain and some controls basic. The on demand four wheel drive is dangerous in the wet. Fixed in latter version

Never had a 4WD before but decided to get this when we came to Oz mainly for moving house.
You can pile an amazing amount into this vehicle with the seats down yet it doesn't look like some of the "trucks" out there which are frankly gross. It still looks like a car, albeit a roomy one. Wife was very scathing when I ordered it but is in love with the comfort and versatility now!
Best car I've ever had - last three were Accord 3.0l coupe, CR-X and CR-X
Very highly recommended!

here the corners are so very easy parking (this from someone who has difficulty!) fantastically comfortable for long periods, reliable, good looking, well built, good auto transmission, and, as they say in the ads "isn't it nice when things just *work*! Auto change possibly "works" a little too often on medium grades.

Excellent
It's everything I've ever wanted in a vehicle - it handles well, it holds the road and even though it's not a tiny car it can handle a uturn in a very small space. Honda is known for it's reliability and though I've only had my CRV for a year I expect to have it at least 10 more!
Everything! It's comfortable, roomy and handles very well. Even in spots where I'd slip with my old car, I do with my Honda also, but just for a split second then it grips the road and off we go. It's great for hauling things (seats fold down or remove) and it's beau...Read more

Good
Love the car, it is a comfortable, quiet ride. Handles and corners well. Very spacious especially for three people in the back seat. PLenty of room in the boot for everything.
My CRV is 2 years old and it is very roomy and the ABS brakes are wonderful.
I don;t like the slipping feeling when you take off fast at the lights-it feels like it is losing grip

My CR-V RD7 shakes badly between 20km/h - 40km/h. When I accelerate to about 80km/h, the shaking goes off. What may be the possible cause?
1 answer
Broken engine mounts? If you put the car in neutral and rev the engine do you feel the shaking? If yes, engine mounts may be the likely cause. If not then it could be front drive shafts.
