I love this car
My car will be 4 years in July. I have never been so happy with a car. So happy I'm keeping it longer. I have never had an issue with it. And it has all the bells and whistles whilst being great on petrol.
Purchased in July 2021 for $44,000.00.

Amazing car!
The driving experience has been fulfilling and satisfactory!
If I had to change something, it would be the dash board and the LCD display which was better in the Mazda 3 we had before this.
The interiors are very spacious & that's a bonus :)
I would recommend this model to all my friends!

Wonderful car and wonderful dealership
What can I say, the CR-V RE Luxury is SUCH a nice car to drive. We bought an older car (2012 model) because we dont do a lot of driving any more and needed a car my wife and I can both drive and as she is tiny and I am huge, it wasnt easy to find one we could both handle and fit into.
This particular car was almost immaculate with barely a mark on it and runs so quietly it is just a p[pleasure to drive. The RE Luxury model has all the bells and whistles including heated front seats for cold mornings, fog lamps, leather seats and door trim, a...Read more
6 stack CD player and a sun roof that magically becomes a moon roof after the sun sets!!! But it is the drive that is what makes this car one of the best we have owned. So smooth on the road and so easy to handle with excellent space behind the wheel for a larger person and yet the ability for the seat to move forward and up enough for a smaller driver to still be able to see over the dashboard and through the back window. For what it is worth, the dealer who supplied the car (Country Cars in Port Macquarie) was absolutely brilliant, giving a great trade on our old car and lowering the purchase price enough to get us into this perfect car. It isnt often that car buying is such a positive experience but 5 stars is not enough for this dealer and this excellent car

I love my car
Awesome car, plenty of room, fuel saving. comfortable ride. easy easy to drive. the height is perfect too. We were tossing between RAV4 or CRV. So glad we made our decision on CR-V
I've had this car now for 3 years with no regrets. Only thing is the multimedia console which is quite outdated but with the new CRV, they have done an upgrade with iphone connectivity and such.
Would drive the same car again.

Great but flawed (see details below)
I bought this car brand new from Larke Hoskins Honda Homebush (now Suttons) with full options and all accessories in the brochure and added dealership offers. Shopped around for the right price then settled on $48k. Which is steep, but I did get the luxury version, fully optioned with ADAS and all accessories.
Boot tray protector and bonnet protector are a must as the paint is soft. Shortly after I went for a drive down to Melbourne I noticed chips out of the bonnet paintwork, which I don’t remember going through loose stones and didn’t go th...Read more

Suitable for a woman
when I got a recommendation this car, 2015 CRV, from the sales person, I was not sure because it is a very big size to drive for a woman, I thought. However, once you drive this car, you can feel very light and easy to drive. It is the first advantage. Moreover, it is beneficial as it is a fuel-efficient with eco system. I have Matsuda 3, too. I pay both car with same fuel costs despite of different size, which is fantastic experience for me. My car is white one, but I don't like the all of features such as design and color. But it is my favorite car ever.

Perfect car
Perfect family car. Bought when they had the limited edition. Lane change assist camera is the best function I ever had. Front and reverse sensor and camera makes parking a breeze. Love the design of the car - more than the newer ones. Fuel efficiency could be bette but happy overall.

I love my Honda!
I'd only had five cars in my life and the models were Toyota Corolla, Diahatsu Rocky, Diahatsu Sirion, Diahatsu Terios and Hyundai Getz. So I felt that at the ripe old age of none-of-your-business it was time for a change. I recently became a part of a blended relationship with three children under 18 to cart around so we (the new man and I) began to look for a car that drove like a small car but handles itself like a larger one with comfort. I really only test drove one car - that was my black 2014 CRV, who I affectionately call Bubba. Bub...Read more
ba impressed me from the get go and I didn't look back from there. Since then Bubba has been our touring car with trips to Tasmania, the Blue Mountains, several North Coast and Batemans Bay trips (we're on the South Coast) and he has handled magnificently. There are ample charging ports for the stuck to the phone teens and the IPad charger dock in the second glovebox is a blessing. There is room for three in the back without an issue and my 6 foot partner has plenty of leg room. Bubba handles like a dream and parking is an ease with the reversing warning beeper. I would have liked to invest in the luxury model to get a reversing camera though but hey, you deal. Only let down is the soft quality of the paintwork. lf you leave bird poop on the paint too long it eats away at it. That's a downer for me. I would, however, recommend this car for those transitioning from a smaller car (like I did from a Getz) to a mid size SUV. Also getting items like bumper protectors, car seat covers and the like is a hassle as many of those items are not stock. Couldn't get a bumper protector at all and had to order in seat covers. Replacement windscreen washers are pricy as you have to buy the entire head of the wiper as well... sets you back a pretty penny. Final minus is the in screen navigation, which mine was upgraded too, once installed it seems flimsy on the reception with regular drops out of stations we can get with a standard radio and aerial and android phone will not save details of downloaded phone book to it so I have to install phone book every time.Similar opinion? Disappointment
Do your research before buying as you will not be made fully aware of problematic items buy sales people
1/ Fuel economy is 11.5 lt/100km. (13+lt/100km city 9-lt/100km highway with ECO activated)
2/ Using ECO and cruise control will annoy following traffic probably more than you. Power drop off is dramatic
with only a slight incline slowing the vehicle.
3/ Fuel tank is too small, especially with poor fuel economy.
4/ If you have a puncture, you cannot put two new tyres on one axle if the other axle has tyres with 20,000 km

Fantastic Car All Round & Cheap to Maintain
My CRV is now a few years old and I can safely say that it was a great decision to purchase it. The car drives very smoothly and has maintained a 9.9l/100k fuel efficiency which is pretty decent for an SUV. Plenty of useful features such as the storage compartments and makes good use of the dashboard.
My only complaints are that the car system doesn't work great with Android phones compared to iOS and the air conditioning temperature control isn't fantastic. Apart from that the car has been cheap to maintain and it hasn't had a single issues as far as driving experience.

Good all rounder, quality finish.
We have the 2.4 litre 4WD version. In short, it does everything well, but is perhaps not a class-leader in any area? True to reputation, it's very well finished, and feels like quality inside. It's a nice place to be, and feels better made than some other popular SUVs. It's super-practical. Plenty of room, nice to sit in the rear (for adults) and good space in the boot area. Lots of handy options. The two rear camera's are handy, and folding mirrors and the auto-dimming rear mirror is a must - esp the auto dim mirror - all cars should have ...Read more
one! The audio system is ok, a little finicky really. On a trip it's great. The tank size is not very large and a limiting factor perhaps. The motor has plenty of go but not much torque. Any hill will see it change down but this is just an observation really. Around town our economy I would rate as ordinary. On a trip it's great, but most things are. Keyless entry is great of course, and it doesn't have stop start which I think is fabulous as I don't like that. It requires a service every six months, which is not so good. But, Honda are good to deal with so I can live with that. I think it's better than an X-trail, better than the Korean options and better than a Forester. I would guess the Mazda CX5 is better but I haven't driven one. As a used buy I would recommend one, although the economy in heavy traffic might be a drawback. In moderate traffic it's fine. A nice looking car and easy to live with in the real world. Actually I’ve just taken it down to three stars based on its performance with four people onboard. It needs more torque!Similar opinion? It's alright price
It's good services and good price, have everything I need for my family, not too far from my house, but take more fuels than others car. Cheap price compare to Toyota. Plenty of rooms inside the car. Interior look nice I will recommend to my friend. Anyway reasonable price for my budget to buy this car

Looks good but a tad sluggish.
This has heaps of internal space and a huge boot but the motor is sluggish as compared to something like the CX5. I enjoyed driving this car for three years but I wanted more oomph so I traded it. I'd probably buy another one if they upgraded the engine. Headroom and legroom is good. And a few years later I wish I’d kept it. Expensive mistake on my part. CX5 is lovely but too small
Purchased in March 2021 for $29,000.00.

Why did they remove the picnic table?
There is nothing about the new CRV not to love....except the sad loss of the picnic table.
Oh here we go again....I have said all I need to say in 17 words and I'm expected to waffle on for another 11 words, adding nothing worthwhile to my highly complimentary review.

Viberstion while in an ideal position
I am having Honda CRV VTI L Nov 2012(13) model. 50k in odometer. When I stop the car in the signal, I can feel the vibration (especially when the Ac is on) in my gear, steering, seat (massage) as well as in my right door(hand rest area). An year before I raised it as an issue with the dealer and they have advaised me to use premium petrol still no luck. Now dealer saying it is normal for the 4.5 year old car. still under manufacture warranty. Another service guy said it could be a mount problem still can't help bcz Honda won't replace until it fully broken. I am not happy to leave it and chasing them! Luckily service manager is good, chasing him to fix .

Excellent SUV
I adore this car, but!
Sadly, there's always a 'but!', isn't there?
The blind spots are pretty bad. My husband has dented it three times and whilst he's no Daniel Riccardo, I can't entirely blame him/ The shapes of the lower half of the car protrude and there's no way to tell how close you are (unless you're reversing thanks to the fabulous rear view cam).
I also don't love the touch-screen audio/BT system. It's very clunky to use, as are the buttons on the side of it.
Aside from those two gripes, it's a brilliant car.
And SO many cup holders!!

Good family car
We purchased this car as we were expected a first child and need a bit more space.
Overall the car offers excellent ergonomics, comfortable for long drives and being higher off the ground is easy to get in and out of. The boot offers plenty of space for prams, shopping and with the addition of the seats folding flat and into various positions they offer allot of flexibility.
Fuel economy is around 9.0l to 100km in city driving.
The car has been trouble free and now after just a few years, a few wear and tear things as you would expect...Read more
are showing, such as tires, and perhaps the clutch which is a little premature. The base model did not come with a rear cargo cover which is poor of Honda, you need to pay extra for this. However is does come with a full size spare which is a rarity these days. Overall a good reliable car at a reasonable price and backed by Honda.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Very advanced system, great car!
Just switched to this car. The car runs very smoothly and produces minimal noise, and has a beautiful exterior. The interior system contains a touch screen, very modern and clean. It's also very spacious inside the car. Furthermore, Honda provides great car servicing too. A very reliable car overall, at a good price!

One the best value SUV's in the market
Just purchased our 2nd CRV as we were so impressed with the first one. Honda are a very reliable car packed with great features for its price bracket. The SUV is perfect size for our young family, easily fits 2 large baby seats across the back seat and the boot space is large enough to fit a double pram and extra space for shopping bags..etc
We got the 4WD 2.4L VTi-L variant, and manage around 500km to a tank (city driving). The addition of a digital radio would be a welcome addition, other than that can't really fault any of the included features.
