So glad that we choose hotondo to build with who altered their design to build the home we wanted and everything was fantastic. From the time we met with Inverloch Hotondo to the time we finished nothing was too much trouble and always only a phone call if we wanted something. Workman ship is fantastic and their time frame was exactly what they said which is very important.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from our first encounter, right through to the end. Their knowledge led us to an incredible block of land, and we were able to easily adapt our house design to meet our every need. We were kept informed throughout the building process and found communication with staff members in the office and on-site to be excellent. Our home is both stunning and comfortable. We are so grateful to Hotondo for making our dream a reality! I have and will continue to recommend Hotondo Ararat to anyone looking to build.

We originally didn’t expect to build, but explored builders in the local area and found Hotondo homes, thankfully!
The build was great and surprisingly not as stressful as we thought.
Staff kept us informed every step of the way, especially for each change and also the progress.
Any issues we had were handled with great communication, and were fixed in a timely fashion. It was a big advantage that the team and contractors were local, as any adjustments along the way could be processed straight away!
Our final cost was a little over budget, due to our own added adjustments, but the team ensured we could modify the plans to suit us and our budget in every way.

The entire experience of building with Jeff and Fiona was wonderful! They catered to our needs and wants in the design and construction of our forever home. Build was managed perfect, we were informed off everything that was going on weekly! Quality of the our home is perfect. We had a few little problems with getting permits and what not but they were all handled great. Pretty much perfect there were a few extra costs due to us upgrading a few things. All in all we are wrapped.

Florence has been absolutely amazing! My partner and I will always say service over price any day. Florence is absolutely honest, lovely and 100% on point. She will always take the time of her day to make the process as smooth as possible. We would also like to thank her for making this experience worth while especially as first home buyers, the stress levels are unreal and Florence really does ease that tension.

The workmanship and quality finish’s are amazing and exceeded my expectations by far right from start to finish and the service they offer after moving in as well. They assured us that if we had any issues they were there to help and resolve it! This is what makes Hotondo Warragul worth it in the end.. Thanks for being patient with us especially with any adjustments and the one million questions we threw at you sorry Jeff!! :) but thank you for getting our home completed before Christmas it meant the world to us. The build was managed very well. Great conversation and communication levels.
Trades have left a little to be desired but all issues have been dealt with by great staff at Hotondo.
The final cost of the build was well within our budget and there was no hidden surprises at the end of the day.

After a terrible customer service experience with a different builder and losing my deposit, I can honestly say that I wouldn't be in my new home if it wasn't for Brett and the team at Hotondo Homes, Ballarat.
Brett worked wonders to meet my concerns, budget, and specifications, yet he maintained all inclusions, and upon moving in I couldn't be happier! Other than two small hiccups - site supervisor changed half-way through, and build time went one week over - the end result is a high-quality (and overly customised) build for a sensational price. We moved in just before Christmas, which ensured the perfect end to 2022!
Hotondo might not ever want to deal with me again, as I'm super OCD, but I'd definitely build with them every time.
