poor service not contactable after purchase

ordered a week ago, email says dispatched Monday, tracking information has not changed.
call their customer service centre, sit on hold for 2 hours over 3 calls which just hang up on you.
their chat button doesn't exist even though it says to message on chat.
really poor service. i called this morning at 8:18 got an auto message that i called outside their business hours 8am - 5pm. not sure what else i can do.

I ordered a great item but 11 days later and it still hasn’t even been dispatched yet!
Yet I am still receiving emails for sales they are having, trying to invite me to buy more!

Not worth the wait.

I placed an order worth over $750 and it’s taken 1 week & 2 phone calls to house, for them to “say” they’re going to dispatch my order.
& to make matters even better, it’s going to be another 5-6 days for it to be delivered.

I think they should update their dispatch & delivery times, because 2 weeks is definitely not stated on the website. & I wouldn’t have ordered from them knowing it was going to take this long.

I’m in a new apartment & because of the delay I had to spend more money on kitchenware.

Products arrived quickly but unfortunately I thought I was ordering a different size! The returns procedure doesn't have any information about exchanges for online products and you can't bring them in store which is a little frustrating having to pay double postage to return and send the new item. However Customer service representative Thory was really helpful with my return inquiry and resolved my issues!

I found their website easy to navigate. They always have sales on and you can sign up and gain points with your purchases and receive discounts. Very happy with my online experience. I do not like going in store as it is always cluttered and very few staff to assist (at Kotara) but the online service avoids this.

I have purchased many items online and have had to deal with many in regards to warranty in the past. I have never had better service than I received from Thory when it came to needing to have an item replaced through warranty. Thory was incredible helpful and did all he could to help make the process easier rather than give up because it may be too hard. I can recommend the Baccarat and Global products as you know you will not be left hanging.

We purchased on line for the first time, a Masterpro Pizza oven as a Xmas gift to our son and daughter in-law. Unfortunately upon arrival the oven had an electrical fault and could not be used.

Great after sales customer care

We purchased a Baccarat knife set from House at Tea Tree Gully store in SA. The store assistant was so lovely and helpful. When we got home and opened our knife set, one of the knives had a small piece of the tip of the blade missing. I contact the manufaturer and Joel at head office was so helpful and arranged for a replacement knife to be sent out to me!

Wonderful service

I ordered some oven wear but unfortunately two of them were broken in transit . Not thinking it was Home’s fault but I sent photos and was pleasantly surprised to be told by Sentham that I would be getting a replacement of one . The other out of stock so I am getting refund on that one . The service I received from Sentham was excellent . Thank you I would definitely recommend House

Terrible Slow and unreliable

Absolutely will never order from these crooks again. I ordered a few items which were advised incorrectly on their website.
I had to pay return postage which I did all on the same day I received, so no dragging my feet on my end.
The items were returned to them within 5 days.
It has been 3 weeks now and I had to chase them up so many times regarding a refund. Only after starting a PayPal dispute did I receive a refund.
If I forgot about it, they would have never refunded me.

My advice is; unless you wish to have to email them every single day and get the run around, stay away!
For a big company it is very disappointing to see such dire service.
