LED version of HPM620 has a pinkish tinge to the diffuser that looks odd in a white bathroom

    published

We have the HPM 620 in our en-suite, decided to upgrade the main bathroom and fit the same fan. The new HPM 620 model uses led lighting and is now the HPM 620LED
The New fan and light work fine, but the pinkish tinge to the translucent diffuser looks a bit awkward in a white bathroom. The spruce is the plastic injection point in the mould, it looks like it has been chopped off with side cutters, a bit lazy.
Compared side by side, the old HPM 620 without the LED is nicer. My email to HPM has been ignored.

Have just had an HPM LED Fanlight installed in our toilet. It looks great but sounds like thunder when turned on. It vibrates through the walls. Is it faulty, like out of balance, or is this normal. According to my decibel metre it generates about 62 decibels.
