Low rate, fine for general transactions, web interface and app terrible

published

Good solid low rate credit card "does what it says on the box". No rewards, bells or whistles. VISA so accepted widely. Downside is no branches, web/mobile interface are absolutely terrible, so pretty reliant on phone banking and online statements to keep up to date on balances/payments. Kept it for years as a good general purpose card, but not cash advances or big purchases where points could be offset by paying off within the month.

First time getting credit card and overall satisfied

published

Been with HSBC bank for quite long now. Overall happy with the interest rate using it oversea and easy to transfer balance.
I reckon the annual fee can probably be lower comparing to other major bank though.
