First one broke, I refused to buy another one, somebody bought me one as a gift... And guess what...yep, this one broke too... Just quit spinning... Waste of money...

Useful to clean up after pets/spot cleaning
I bought this spin mop for one purpose only and that is to use it to wash a small area, i.e.my dogs pee. I blot the area with a paper towel first and wash with the spin mop. I don't use it for full house mopping as I prefer a larger mop head and I find it is a bit flimsy - but it is perfect for instant cleaning of a small area. I've had for it for a couple of months now and it does the job nicely without me having to touch the dirty water or a wet mop. The mop head is still a bright white and its always ready for instant use. Suits me and my dog beautifully!

I have bought two of them and both of them a broken after a few months and how do you replace the part you can't you have to buy another one it's cost me over a hundred dollars now for the both and they're no good for anything now

Don't buy it
Great idea, but just doesn't do as it says. The mop spun OK at first, but this function did not last long. Stick with regular mops as this mop just does not deliver .

Waste of money
Within 6 months the bucket pedal just stopped functioning - very disappointed
Could not be bothered trying to get a replacement having had the experience with the original purchase - would have probably been more of the same

The Pleasure of Mopping
I have rated the Hurricane Mop a 5 from 5 as it is simple a pleasure to Mop the floors with this amazing Spin Mop, I also brought the Trolley that goes with the Hurricane Spin Mop which makes moving around from room to room easier, I would also rate the trolley a 5 from 5. hate it - have had 2 of these mops
both buckets broke when you press down with your foot to spin the water out - the bucket doesn't spin the water out any longer! This also happened to my sister also.Tried to take the bottom apart to fix - isn't
possible - they don't want you to be able to fix it!

WOW !
I love this mop. Washed my floors in no time at all, didn't need excessive wringing out. Floors dry quickly, mop head is great. Takes awhile for mop to dry.

Hurricane Spin Mop
I brought this Hurricane Spin Mop after reading a lot of people are having problems with it I found this spin mop to be the most amazing mop I've ever brought I've also brought extra mop Heads this Hurricane Spin Mop works beautifully I guarantee that I will probably buy another one for my friend I give this 10 out of 10 star because it's worth it the company that made it definitely made it well

Horrible Company!
Let me start with, the mop is amazing. Now the company itself is one of the WORST I have ever dealt with. The small business that I work for ordered the mop through Hurricane's website, it had a good deal and we got our mop relatively quickly with no issues. When we opened the box there was a card to get 2 replacement mop heads for $7.99 total. So we filled it out and sent it in. Then we got a call from them saying our card did not work, no problem, thanks for letting us know. I explained to them that I had to wait for my boss to get back with ...Read more
the a new card because she was out of town for a few days. I told them that I would call as soon as she got back with the card in a FEW days! They then persisted to call everyday and I kept telling them the same thing, I had to wait until my boss returned with the new card. When my boss did return I did call like I said I would, then I was transferred 7 times before someone would take the card information. With each transfer I had to re-explain that I was calling with a new card because the old one had gotten shut off and every person I spoke with cut me off before I could even think to finish a sentence. Finally I got them paid for. Then a few weeks went by and we didn't receive the mop heads so I called to check the order status. Which is when I was informed that my order was returned to them and NO ONE called to let us know! So after he figured out what was wrong with the address and why it couldn't be delivered I was informed that the special that we ordered them on was no longer available. So we would have to pay $19.99 plus shipping if we wanted our mop heads not the promo of $7.99! Even though it was THEIR FAULT!!!!! Because our mops were shipped to the same exact address and we had no issue receiving them. Then the person I was speaking to started getting short with me when I asked if they were going to re-send them to us for the $7.99 that we already paid. Saying 'No, ma'am, we will refund your $7.99 but you must pay the $19.99 plus shipping if you would still like you mop heads.' Um, NO. Again it was their mistake, not mine. So I did not order them, instead I got a refund and now have to go somewhere else to buy mop heads and just wasted 4 weeks waiting for them to come in. So DO NOT order through Hurricane itself! The spin works well
I do like it but find that when wet there is not enough material on the head of the mop. That is disappointing. If the materials on the head were thicker I would love it

Improvement
After working out how to assemble and ensuring that it stayed assembled, I have found the mop to be a vast improvement on other mops previously used. The handle came apart when I was using the spin wringer. The use of the spin wringer has made mopping less wet and a lot easier than ordinary mops. Had trouble getting the mop head to move but persistence paid off.

Dont do it - save yourself the money and the trouble.
My deceased mother gifted one of the two she ordered and paid a fortune for. I was reluctant to use it becasue I couldn’t figure out how to remove the mop head. This week I FINALLY gave it go and it seemed to do a decent job and was somewhat convenient though very heavy with water in it. I had a rather nasty job to clean up and needed to remove the mop head to put in washer. Followed the video of how to remove the head and the thing promptly broke at the base. inal order, bounced me around only to tell me I would have to mail it back to them before they would exchange it. Right, I’m going to PAY for that. As if. It’s really not THAT great a product and I see there are several “knock-offs” on the market now. The basic bucket with a manual twist wringer I have used for over 20 years still works just fine. It has been my experience that these telemarketing ads on the TV are just scams and prey on older folks who buy in to the sensational sales pitch at 3:00 am in morning. COMPLETELY USELESS RUBBISH
I had one of these things nearly 2 years ago and I returned it as it was too short for me.
Low and behold, my dear old mum bought 2 for the price of one and gave me the spare for Christmas 2017..
How the hell am I to mop floors with something that's 1.1 metres long when I'm 180cm or 5'11' tall ?, you would need to be a PYGMY or severely VERTICALLY CHALLENGED (less than 5 foot tall) to even consider using this mop. COMPLETELY USELESS RUBBISH !

The best item i ever brought
