In the instructions there is information about the battery. They do not have replacement, I used two times and does not charge any more.
Since is a tandem cannot be replaced easily

Recharging problems bought on amazon calling them to help solve problem do not buy when it did work was good and did grout lines and shower but quit working was sad.

Called your support # today and the person I spoke with was less than helpful. She did not answer my question. Very disappointed!!!! I hope that it works when it is fully charged.

Do not buy. Battery cannot be replaced and is toxic. Do not recycle or throw in garbage. Once battery is gone you have to throw the whole thing in the garbage. Disgraceful.

Product not working after only a few uses. When was working was not very powerful. Need to send back for warranty but having difficulty doing this. Would not recommend this item

I find the hurricane scrubber easy to use. Wet the surface, spray cleaning products and let the hurricane do the hard work. It saves bending or kneeling down to scrub.

It's great for floors and walls, ok on tapware and sink and not so great on the toilet bowl. Since I'm so short and got it to reach the top of walls, I'd say it's a win for me.

Bought this last August and used maybe three times. Plugged it in to charge and nothing. Called customer service and gave the representative the information and because I don't have a receipt I have to send it in, at my expense, to be replaced. Right now it's on its way to the landfill. Do not purchase.

Unable to kneel to scrub the bathroom tiles in shower and the bathtub. The scrubber really makes the job of cleaning a lot easier for me. I also bought one for my daughter in law which she finds helpful.

On arrival box had been knocked around torn and stuck up having put it together only charged once (light won’t indicate charging now) and when charged first time (you have to let it charge 24hours ) ran for approximately 6 minutes and wobbled I think the shaft is bent from delivery,

I’m now on my third spin scrubber — you’d think I’d learn ; seems like I’m going to have the same trouble as before —this one won’t charge at all the last one did and I was able to use it ONCE — really surprised this is still on the market I am giving it a few more hours on charge then it’s going back

It only lasted a few minutes could not complete cleaning the shower, and stops when a little pressure is applied.
Does not seem to have any guts about it. Dont buy this crap at all

Unless you allow battery to fully drain and then recharge only well within a day of when you want to use it.....forget it. Battery lasts only minutes and even when charged, any pressure on the cleaning brush and it stops. Great if you only want to wave it over the top but apart from that a failure. Save your money and stay away from this product.

I bought my first spin scrubber in March 2017, used a couple of times then wouldn’t charge so I rang the company in June and got a replacement, same thing happened so rang them again in November to get a refund as the product is obviously flawed but they said all they could do is offer another replacement as it was past the 30 day refund offer. It’s now June 2018 and I’ve only used my spin scrubber a few times and guess what, it won’t charge! Rang today to get ANOTHER replacement but now as my original purchase was over a year ago they will not give me another replacement. So totally wasted my money, don’t bother buying one, get a knockoff from Big W or Cheap as Chips for half the cost!

This spin scrubber is nothing but rubbish. Runs for 3 min and runs out of charge. I don't how people are allowed to sell such rubbish to the public. Buy at your own risk.

I would not recommend this product. I am extremely disappointed. Battery only charged one time. The battery comes out but supposedly not replaceable which does not make any sense. Send a replacement.

First two uses it was great! Now it won’t charge and I ended up throwing it out!! What a disappointment and waste of money!!! Not happy Jan!! They shouldn’t be still selling it!

mmm well.. charged for 48 hours.. on OFF..for 2nd use. 1st time worked liked a jewel and cleaned son's bathroom like a charm. Second charging was over 2 days and still can't get power. not sure what I'm doing wrong??? but.. Nothing like taking the scrubbers and using good old fashion muscle HAHAHA

Was on initial charge for 36 hours.. no green light. Decided to give it a go anyway thinking i tg surely must be charged. Spins so slowly and kept stopping every time it touched a surface. Extremely dissappointing.
