In-store experience was exceptional, not pushy. And the quality of their furniture is great as well. Delivery was well communicated, and the Bed arrived when expected. Assemble was quick and efficient.

We have been impressed by the quality of the service which we have experienced in our interactions with Icon by Design. Nothing has been too difficult and the staff - Cara etc have been only too happy to help and very efficient with their service. We did not feel pressured to buy when in the store and they were able to accommodate changes made along the way.

I purchased online after being let down by another well known company. Very happy with my furniture and was notified every step of the way. As I live in WA the shipping was expensive but well worth it.

We saw in store and bought online, were notified at every step which made experience a very happy one. Have since seen a unit the same as ours a but cheaper but cheaper for a reason it was veneer, so happy we have the original.

We visited the Richmond store and was assisted by Alana who was very helpful. I later phoned the 1300 number with a query and spoke to Anthony who also was very helpful and informative. We revisited the store and ordered the large Svend Entertainment Unit with Cara, another helpful and friendly person! The unit arrived exactly as planned. We were updated with delivery progress, as it was being delivered out of Melbourne, and the couriers were also professional. We are very pleased with the unit and commend Icon By Design for the entire customer service experience and the product quality, well done all!

I purchased the Jonas x4 bookshelf in Oak which looks FANTASTIC under my TV and perfect size for my unit. It’s exactly what I was looking for and I have been looking for a long time. Fell in love with it the moment I saw it online. Went into the Richmond store and the staff were so helpful from the ordering right through to delivery with email updates in between.
The furniture I received was exactly as it was in the store, fine craftsmanship and colouring and in perfect condition.

Bought the 240cm Svend Entertainment Unit because it looked really good in the store and it was the right size we were looking for. The delivery process using the tracker app was amazing and the delivery guys were super nice and helpful. But the magic really happened when we took it out of the box and placed it in the room. It looks absolutely beautiful, extremely well made with quality materials... I love love love it. We have since been back to the gorgeous Richmond store filled with many more beautiful stylish and very affordable pieces of furniture to see what our next purchase will be because no doubt we will be back for more.

Icon By Design's online store was a breeze to navigate and I was very pleased to discover a bed that suits my needs that also looks good and is built to last. I needed to replace a sofa bed in the guest room with a more substantial sleeping option and the Bruno king single solid oak bed proved a real winner! It looks great and my Xmas guest slept soundly.
My husband who is definitely not a handyman (sorry darling!) followed the instructions to assemble the bed without a hitch and the bed was readily constructed in next to no time.
I really LOVE the look of the bed and its solid build and I am certain that the bed will be around for many years to come!

We came across Icon By Design when searching online for a dining table and a bookshelf. The gentleman at their Supa Centa Moore Park was of a rare salesperson! We were not sure about the size of the dining table and came with a bunch of newspaper showing us a way to replicate the dining area at our place before purchasing it to make sure we got space. Rather than trying to sell, he was helping us to make sure we're purchasing the right product.

The dining table itself was exactly the same as the photos and the one we inspected at the shop. We didn't have any delay in terms of delivery and the furniture arrived way earlier than the expected time.

We're so happy with our experience with Icon By Design so far and would recommend it.
