Organised a periodic (and long overdue) service of our gas central heater. Dangerous defects identified and a new heater installed in less than a week. Very satisfied with the service provided by the team.

The technician was good at his job and was on time.
Done a great job cleaning the vents and cleaning/servicing the unit on top of our house.
Would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants there air-con serviced.

Our evaporative cooler needed repair. Unit wasn’t filling with water. After 2 previous bad experiences with tradies was pleasantly surprised when l contacted Ideal Air to book in an appointment and so happened had a technician in the area. George called me back within 5 minutes and was at my place in 10! Being familiar with this model he knew exactly what the problem was. Called to get the all clear to repair and replace and was finished 30 minutes later. Having been messed around for over a month during some extremely hot days l speak highly enough of the company and off course George. Would definitely recommend them to my friends. Good work

As a rule I never bother with writing reviews good or bad but in this case the service was way way beyond my expectations so I feel compelled to compliment the company. The technicians name was Paul and he has been in the industry for more than 30 years and has forgotten what most young technicians know. He knew exactly what the problem was before testing it and that was proved once the testing was complete. A very professional and courteous man who impressed me very much. You have got me for life Ideal Air. (One one condition - I can request Paul to come and do the service) :-)

Despite what is listed on the website, the service only comprised of rinsing the intake filters and checking the gas levels. Nothing else was checked. Left within 15 minutes. The website lists 17 items which are supposed to be checked.

The Technician Chris was professional, punctual and efficient.All work was completed as specified with a detailed assessment provided. All issues were resolved with a further suggestion and pricing should it be needed. All prices were correct as quoted . Would happily recommend.Thank you to Tanya for her courtesy also.

The a/c technician, Paul, was on time and was very friendly. He diagnosed the problem and explained very clearly what was going on and how to prevent it from reoccurring. His assessment was realistic and factual. Repairs are not cheap but at least you know where you stand and can make the right decision. Overall a very good experience.

Having trouble with air conditioning not cooling. Contacted couple service companies who were closed for Christmas/New Year break. Phoned Ideal Air and they were working and available and attended within an hour. Problem fixed, unit serviced and cleaned and all for quoted price. Happy to recommend.

I organised an air conditioning service for my elderly mother. Staff were prompt and courteous. Did an excellent job servicing the unit for the quoted price.

Supplied a faulty heater and then left it up to me to call the company who manufactured it so it could be repaired, less than two months after its installation. Also, needed two separate heaters serviced, proceeded to send out two separate contractors who charged more that 300$ In call out fees alone. Avoid this company.

I contacted Ideal Air due to some problems with my Air Conditioning. I was visited by Jack who arrived right on time. We discussed it and I went with a new split system to add to the partly functioning air conditioning. Constant contact with Louis in the office.
Jack and Brendan the electrician arrived on time on the agreed day. Can't praise their professionalism enough. Explained each step; dealt with several issues. Expertise was very good. Friendly.
Louise followed up next day to see if all was good and to follow up with invoice. No charging on the spot; I've had troubles with that before.
I think I got great service for a great price.

I contacted Ideal Air to get a quote to fix my air conditioner. I had already had a local repair company review the unit so knew exactly what parts were required.

I contacted them by phone, they told me to email them with the model and details and they would get back to me with a quote. 3 emails and 4 days later THEY suggested I go with another company as they had not heard back from their supplier for the parts. The other companies I requested a quote on had a response within an hour.

Clearly they are either incompetent OR simple don't need the work. Assuming this is how their company works, I am glad I did not decide to get work done by them....AVOID!!

Useless company - were not paying attention on the phone when i called for a service of my airconditioner. They were supposed to arrive between 12 and 4pm. At 3pm, they called to say that they would not be coming due to being over booked. Terrible service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Try someone local!

There web page says “Discover our on time promise" what a joke, no show at all, no phone call, nothing. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They are Australia wide so give them a wide berth and find somebody else otr you to will be sat waiting all afternoon for nothing.
