I ordered Melatonin and received empty box, box not tampered with. Complained 6 weeks ago and still has not been resolved, they keep saying they are receiving more then usual emails...i wonder why. Not happy with them and will never order from them again.

I'm waiting my product more than 1 month. Never arrived, they sent me to the post office twice in vain, no any product there. I'm waiting my refund but they insist in send the product again. Reship and reship for the fourth time and NEVER arriving.
I just want my money back.

I bought some products from IHerb and discovered that the 180 day supply I ordered was expiring less than 120 days from the delivery date. I recently queried, having only just noticed and wanting to use during the virus outbreak. The product was vita-gummies, and I remember opening them and not particularly liking the product as they were dry and chalky.

I contacted IHerb and have not received any response after 3 weeks.

I am a regular customer of iherb.com. Recently, “to help all of our customers”, they have removed both the bulk product discount of 5%, as well as the customer loyalty discount (using code 10LOYALTY).

When I asked why, I was told it was to “help” customers during this time.

I used to have a good regard for iherb, but their greed during a crisis is disgusting. I have placed my first order with Vitacost.

I have been buying online from iherb for nearly 10 years now and they have never let me down.
Their delivery service is fast, and free, if you buy over a certain amount. Vitamins etc are usually cheaper and often of better quality than you can buy in Australia and I love the variety of bath and beauty products they have.

I chose DHL on checkout. However, during payment it changed to normal deliveries. I reached out to the team and they change the shipping to DHL without any costs that I have to bear. Kudos to iHerb!

I am so happy with the pricing and variety of vegan supplements here. They have a good range of food products too, I get my vegan stock from here as well. Free shipping and they have some good sales on often, I always get my order within a week!

I have purchased a number of times from iHerb and have always been happy with the service and the product I buy. They ship very promptly and I got free shipping over $AU30. Took under a week from ordering to receiving, shipped from US to Australia. I buy Dr Woods Raw Black Soap with Shea Butter and am very happy with the product.

I buy from iherb never had a problem but I never looked at my email because I expected they would advise me with another email Noticed it had been sent to PO went to PO they sent it back to iherb Hoping for refund

I purchased Mane N Tail shampoo recently and has been very disappointed with the quality of the products. I have been using Mane N Tail for a long time, so I know exactly how thick is the shampoo consistency. I suspect my shampoo has been tempered with water by this company. Never want to deal with this company anymore, I feel I have been cheated.

Purchasing a product which had a discount, when I got to PayPal to pay, the discount suddenly disappeared, talk to them on chat, they ask me to hold while they look into it and then cut me off saying I wasn't there and they had to wait to long. Then suddenly I'm onto another person, who asks me to tell them the problem, all over again, and then again ask "can I hold", just like last time. Then suddenly no response from them. I don't think I will be purchasing from them, they seem pretty dodgy.

I purchased a few product and spent over a hundred dollars, it was shipped to an incomplete address which i never provided!!! As the result my packaged has been lost and now they are not giving me refund as it was their mistake

They stated the delivery time with the between dates which was 2 weeks after I ordered. A week after the latest date still no product. Turned up nearly 1 month from date of ordering.

I ordered 3 bottles of Melatonin as I live in Australia and didn’t want to have to order too regularly. But when I received the delivery there were only 2 bottles inside. I double checked the invoice and I had paid for 3 bottles. I sent a complaint to customer service and never received an answer. I am very unhappy about my purchase and the quality of customer service through iHerb, will not be purchasing again.

I've been buying from iherb for many years. They always were reliable and had great items at good prices. Not anymore. The recent price hikes just for Australian customers are unethical. I bought the same product a few months ago for 33. It is now 43. This is not due to exchange rates or the au consumer tax. the same product is available for 23 USD which equates to 33AUD. How on earth can they justify such a massive increase to one country and not another. Clearly they don't want Australian customers anymore. I certainly can't afford those prices and won't support such a greedy company.

I placed my first order with them recently and received my products sooner than I expected. The prices are reasonable and I will be placing more orders in the future. No problems at all.

I had been purchasing from iHerb for years. If you had a problem with a product they would get back to you and replace it no questions asked. This obviously no longer happens. On three occasions I have tried contacting them regarding issues with a couple of products. These have been continually ignored.
