Still waiting for a reply as to why you need my photo ID

Has anyone bought goods from ikOala. I placed an order on Thursday and after giving them all my information the sent saying they couldn't process the order until I sent Proof of identity and asked for a copy of my drivers licence, this I refused to give. Have asked why the need it and can get no reply. Wish I'd looked at their site first as I would never had placed the order. Has anyone else been asked for proof of identity by this company

Why do you need my photo ID to be able to process my order you have been supplied with my visa card number name address and any other requirements that you should need. I am a bit nervous of supplying any further info as you then have enough info to be able to support identity theft.

I puchased a Nuri Bullet on the 3/10/2014 coupon no WJCPB-8FH7N for $149 and I'm not happy at all as it does not screw on properly and smoke comes out of the motor and fills the cup and contents with smoke and motor is extremely loud that I have to block my ears as it is ear piercing. I would like a refund as it is faulty and I believe it has a 12 month warrantee on it. Can someone please help? My Transaction ID 93E39742S65016027

Email and ask for a replacement or refund. If they try to refuse as they did me when I requested a refund, just threaten them with consumer affairs and they will buckle straight away and give you a full refund, do not accept no for an answer. They are required by law to provide you with a replacement or refund.

Hi iKoala, I am wondering if it is normal that two different deals I have purchased to arrived at different times. I have received the Swavroski Bracelet but not the Swavroski Mystery Bag?

My order number is 100036447.

They were processed in the same transaction of a total of $32 on the 22nd of April this year. I have waited a month and I feel that this is a ridiculous time to wait for products. With other websites, I have received items within 2 weeks.

Please reply to me as I would like to receive the items I have paid for ASAP.

Sorry but Im not IKoala, I am an ex customer. It took over 8 weeks for me to receive my faulty goods and over 4 weeks to workout who to return the product to, Im still waiting on my refund.
Good luck trying to get a result with ikoala.
