Not convinced yet.
I have the ilve nostalgia 90cm oven and it looks great. Stove works well in gas and easy to keep clean. Oven is not so great. Sooooo much smoke when using the oven. I’ve cleaned all the racks, and internal oven and the next time I use it I smoke out the house so much that our eyes sting! I don’t know how to fix this issue. I’ve tried using lower heat but same problem. Please help!! Also, sooo very disappointed with the redemption package which I still have not received! I don’t think I will ever see it! I purchased the oven 6 months ago and still no redemption package. I have phoned numerous times but just get told rubbish time n time again. What can I do??? please help..

Expensive piece of rubbish
ILVE 90cm Freestanding gas oven/ stove. I have been extremely disappointed with this product. 20 months old, numerous technical faults, having the same issue with the oven. This oven is unable to cook delicate items at low temperatures. Yet again, I have tried to cook a fruit cake at a low temperature, cooking time four hours, in this oven under two hours and burnt! I have contacted customer service regarding this issue sometime ago, they said I need to just get used to a big oven and would call back in a week to check on the progress, well I think its been more than 6 months and no phone call. Would not recommend ILVE.

Finally I can cook!
I bought my beautiful new built-in oven ten months ago and am absolutely delighted with it! Not only does it look fantastic in my apartment but blends in with the modern look kitchen even though it is an old fashion design. It cooks wonderfully from quiches to cakes and roasts, I am so glad I paid the extra for such a wonderful asset! And hats off to E&S Trading for making such a fantastic deal and being so prompt and PROFFESIONAL! Some thing Appliance Warehouse could not manage! Your lose boys! Love it!

I am very disappointed with stove.
I am very unhappy with this stove. I love cooking so I decided to buy a stove that was at the top end of the market.As soon as I received it, I had lots of problems with it, which was fixed after a few attempts ( the clock wasn't like the original one when they replaced it)
Not long after I received it the badge fell off, which wasn't put on straight in the first place. The temperature isn't the same when you use the force setting. The rubber seal needs replacing again, the gas hot plates don't work properly and now it has rust in the door and the green paint is coming off. There is not one thing on this very expensive oven that is working correctly.

Don't be fooled by ilve ads...
Mmm. Spent about 6k on what I thought would be a better stove/ oven than smeg. Loved the small side oven idea for quick jobs. This works well. But a lot of other stuff doesn't. The lowest simmer setting is too high - u need a simmer mat. The ilve badge fell off after six months - 2 replacements were sent. the oven cooks at an uneven temperature. The burner assembly feels cheap, 2 burners dont fire so u have to fire another while pressing in the gas for the burner you want and today I noticed one of the metal dials on a knob has become unglued. ...Read more

used on ILVE stoves are high output high efficiency solid brass burners. The simmer setting on each burner is individually adjustable and this adjustment should be made by the plumber when installing / commissioning the appliance. Sadly this doesn't always happen. The misbehaving burners too probably require a small re-calibration. It sounds like your appliance is in need of a little TLC..... Please contact us and we'll work with you to get it sorted. Terrible
Eurolinx company do not provide service under warranty outside of 50km range. would not recommend on this basis. 3 things broke down within few months of use.
Brand new stove, extremely expensive $12,000. One of the burner's stopped working few months later, 2 lights in the oven stopped working, electronic clock just died. Called Eurolinx for service; told had to be for travel costs to get serivce even under warranty as it was 50km out of service range. Pathetic company and terrible serivce. will not buy any ILVE products in future.

I have a 70cm duel fuel range. When the oven is hot and the cooling fan is running the 2 right side gas cooktop burners are extremely difficult to ignite. Is there an adjustment that's required to correct this issue?

Thank you, that is what I though. I adjusted the valve located in the front of the range and it seems to have corrected the problem. I increased the minimum gas setting. It seems now that when the oven is hot it is best to ignite the burner on low instead of high

I purchased the majestic Professional Quadra PN-120F-MP in Malaysia 6 years ago. The larger oven of the 2 has several holes rusted through the bottom. The supplier in Malaysia does no longer exist and Ilve italy is not helpful at all. Has anybody else had this problem and have they been able to repair it or did the entire unit needed to be replaced?
