I'm not fond of stainless finish kitchen appliances which seem so popular today. I found it difficult to locate pyrolytic ovens with a white enamal finish here in Perth. With a net search I liked what was on offer from Import Appliances. The range an the pricing were also very attractive. I decided to take the punt although with some reservations. I did have a few issues but this was with the shipping companies handling of the goods. The support from Micha at Import Appliances to sort out the issues was fantastic. And in the end I was a very happy customer. I will purchase from them again without any hesitation.

We purchased a Bosch cooktop. Because our benches were so narrow had trouble buying one in Australia. Looked online found Import Appliances had just what we wanted at a price which was extremly good. Ordered it, it arrived around 2 weeks later very well packed and in perfect condition. Could not be more pleased.

It was with a degree of trepidation that I decided to purchase new appliances for our kitchen. I consider that the service was better by far than I could have received had I purchased locally - not to mention a saving in the order of $3000 on the three appliances. Everything arrived on time and the slight problem was rectified instantly.

Like others before me, I ordered our cooktop on line through Import Appliances with some trepidation but were delighted when it arrived ahead of the specified date, but disappointed to find it in many pieces on opening the packaging.After getting onto Micha and sending through some photos, the cooktop was promptly replaced, packaged better than before and arrived a week later intact. I will certainly use them again for other purchases. I can't recommend them & their level of service highly enough. All this & no mention of the $2,000 saving on the item.

We purchased our Neff products with some trepidation not knowing for sure whether our products would be delivered or in fact delivered without damage. We were completely happy - our goods were shipped within a shorter timeframe than advised and arrived in perfect condition and we are using them with pleasure.
One third of the price of what we would have paid if purchased in Australia so we got our top quality product for a budget price - can't beat that.

Bought a Bosch flexinduction cooktop at just less than half the price of one of the large retailers. As I was nervous about purchasing from this site, I decided to go with it after reading the reviews. So happy I did - the cooktop arrived in two and a half weeks with an excellent tracking service. It hasn't been connected yet but everything about it looks perfect. Will definitely be using Import Appliances if I need another major appliance.

The Bosch microwave broke down within three weeks of installation. There was no problem with the warranty call-out process and the diagnosis was a faulty magnetron, probably cracked magnets. The repairman noticed immediately that it was an unusual build of the model. Ageing but not bad.The part is not available in Sydney, nor in Melbourne and has to be ordered from Germany, who may need to get it from China. The current estimate is three weeks but since this period ends in the middle of Xmas ...
Whilst it worked it was fine.

I heard about your business from a friend of a friend who knows you and she explained how it works. I may have been sceptical otherwise as it seemed too good to be true. I ordered a combination microwave/conventional oven and saved about $1200 compared to the cheapest local price I could find for the same model. It arrived in a week ! I have yet to use it as it is not yet installed. I just wish you could import dishwashers !

Ordered Bosch steam oven. Was assured this met Australian installation requirements. Appliance arrived more quickly than I expected. The saving was unbelievable. I am not yet able to use my beautiful Bosch pyrolytic oven and induction cooktop as my new kitchen is still under construction. They both look beautiful and I will add a comment on Facebook when I have used them. I have to say that the service I received from ImportAppliances was great. My question was answered within a couple of hours, the appliances were delivered promptly and very securely packed. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

I have always believed if a price is too good to be true steer clear - especially with purchases made over the internet! However, this in not the case with Import Appliances. Communication and service is fantastic and the price difference between what you get in Australia compared with Europe is huge. We saved over $1200 on purchasing two items! Within days I was sent a UPS tracking number on my items and delivery arrived within 12 days. In fact it came earlier than forecast. If you are hesitant about making purchases over the web you don't have to worry when dealing with Import Appliances. I would definitely use them again.

Ordered an induction hob from importappliances to replace my broken ceramic hob. Cooking on an induction hob is way nicer than cooking on a normal ceramic hob, just note that your old pots and pans will probably not work on induction (you need magnetic ones). Can recommend importappliances: cooktop arrived well before promised delivery date, fast and friendly e-mail support and great prices :-)

Staff at ImportAppliances responded to enquiries immediately and were extremely helpful with suggestions on how to make delivery more economical and efficient. Cannot thank them enough. Prices were very competitive and I know I have good quality products. Oven and cooktop are both easy to keep clean and great to cook on. With induction cooktop you can only use good stainless steel cookware such as Scanpan, but I already had these.
