Great shop.

Ordered a ceramic hob and a combi oven from ozimports and we are very happy with our purchase. Thanks to the money we saved on getting the appliances overseas we were able to afford a stone benchtop instead of a laminated one. Didn't have any trouble installing the appliances in our new kitchen.
Cheap, fast delivery, no problems

Fast delivery, exactly as described on website. Same ceramic job was 1200$ more in Australia.
Only annoying thing is that user manual doesn't come in English, but can be downloaded from website.
Would also be great if they would offer more brands.
Didn't have any problem installing European appliance.
Overall very happy with this transaction!

Amazing after-sales!

We ordered a Siemens induction cooktop, a pyrolytic oven, a warming drawer and a steam combination oven from www.ozimport.com.au and are very happy with them!!

The 2 ovens and warming drawer arrived first (2 week after ordering), and the cooktop a couple days later. When the appliances got installed a couple weeks later we noticed that one of the plates on the cooktop didn't work. We contacted OzImport and they were amazing. They immediately sent us a new cooktop, and we could keep the defect one until the electrician installed the new one.

I will recommend OzImport to all my friends!

Mine arrived within the three weeks as stated. However, it took awhile for a friend (which I recommended, recently) to receive hers. Perhaps, six to eight weeks. It appears that they have difficulty sourcing the model. Best if you get in touch with supplier.

Hi there,

Most of the time it takes between 1 - 4 weeks to source products from the manufacturer. Once they arrive in stock at our warehouse in Belgium we prepare them for shipping and express shipping to Hong Kong only takes a few days (3-4).
The products for sale on our website are the same or very similar to the models you'll find in your local stores.
But please don't hesitate to contact me ([email protected]) if you would like more info or have any further questions on specific models.

Kind regards,
Micha

At this point in time, we do not offer any finance plans. We do, however, offer payment via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) which might let you pay off your appliances over a longer period of time. Please contact your credit card provider for more information.

Kind regards,
Micha
