Ordered the Inada Flex3 chair which is suitable for my 184cm height. It does a body scan first before the programs begin. I first tried this after skiing in Japan and it was bliss for my tired back and muscles. The chair has 4 preprogrammed options of full body massage or stretch or can manually target neck and shoulders, back, legs and feet and arms. You can also choose the strength of the massage which incorporates kneeding, shiatsu knocking and hand massage. The many airbags are computer programmed to alternate through a cycle. Heating for hands and feet is also a feature. It’s as good as any masseuse massage I’ve experienced. A little pricey at $7500 but in my opinion well worth it.
