I initiated two transfers to my husband who is in urgent need of money due to this coronavirus situation. Both my transfers got cancelled due to some policy of their's which they refused to disclose. Refund for one came through but the other one has been pending for a week now. I have called them and talked to them via chat as well and everytime I call, I get a new due date for refund. I am totally upset and this is my last transaction with them. Western Union is heaps better and offers better rates and way faster transfers.

Please stay away from them, they are fooling you with false promises.

Extremely Poor Service. Waited over 1.5 weeks and still waiting after sending all supporting documentation requested. Called two times and supporting team once denied the receipt of documents and clearly haven't looked into email attachments. Also, not the first time it happened, advised anyone with urgent need to send money, not to fall for the rates unless like to risk waiting LONG TIME!

After I transfer money to InstaRem, my transaction status automatically shown as request for refund. When I enquired with customer care, I was told because of policy changes they are refunding my money back and they will not be able to process my transection. No specific reason is given why my transection did not take place.

If there is an emergency and you have to transfer substantial amount, instarem is not the option. I tried to transfer 2 days back and it failed twice at review and authorise page. And today again the same issue. Customer care has only one reply to it that there might be issue with poli service. Poli service is an important service utilitised by many big firms and if its not working from 2 days then it would on news. I am having a second thought to continue with instarem inspite of its good rates.
