Finally - a warranty that actual works
Having bought a pretty old car as a run around for the kids when they were over from the UK we bought the Warranty just in case things started to go wrong. Always thought Warranties were a waste of money. BUT having had an issue with the drivers side door. It wouldn't work. We went through to Integrity . They suggested garages that would be open. We went to a local garage. They assessed the issue and contacted Integrity direct. Car booked in. Window fixed. So easy. Nothing extra to pay. Can definitely recommend this company. One week from start to finish.

First ever warranty
First time I have ever had an extended warranty and the first the I have had to make a claim. Was pleased to see it was approved and will be fixed. Best thing I ever bought for a car well worth the money. Service was fast the girl that rang me was very polite and professional without making me feel like just another claim. And I have only had the policy since February this year. Great service q

Great company great staff great communication couldn’t fault them at all highly recommend they kept me in the loop they had my vehicle towed very quickly to the repairer and the next day the company called me with the update

Great service and prompt turn around times
Great value, I have lodged 2 claims now which has calculated to over 2 thirds of what the entire extended warranty costs. 18 months in so far roughly so another 18 to go. I was so unsure about purchasing this second hand car because the brand had mixed reviews so this has given me the piece of mind that I needed. First claim was for Bluetooth unit not working and the second was for my reverse camera.

My car has diagnosed that water pump need a replacement. And they help me to solved the problem nicely and quickly.
I got this car from a car insurance and it comes with the car warranty. Nice and easy!
It takes just one day to solved problem for me. Unlike other car warranty companies.
I have been with this warranty company for over 6 months now.
I haven’t tried any roadside assistance from this insurance company.

Dodgy Warranty Policy
I purchased my Subaru Liberty 2 months ago and only drove 4000 ks. Recently, I went to a local garage to do general inspection. The mechanic spotted both of the driveshafts are having oil leaking which causes both driveshafts are not functioning well and need to be replaced for safety issues. As it appears on the warranty booklet, Driveshaft, tailshaft, constant velocity and universal joints are covered.

the cause of the broken driveshafts is rubber boot broken which leads to the consequence of oil leaking and further damage the bearing components. The rubber boots are not covered under the warranty policy. Therefore, they would not pay for it even though the broken rubber boots are the main causes of the driveshaft damage. I get the point of rubber boots are not covered. But the FACT is the driveshafts are broken because of the adjacent rubber boots and have to be replaced otherwise I cannot safely drive this car on the road. The truth is the front driveshafts are not functioning well and they are covered. So the warranty company should be responsible to the cost of repair. It doesn't matter what was the cause. But the consequence matters. As a customer, I look after my car. Do general inspection after 4000 ks. Only drive on the paved roads and highways. As a warranty company, you should financially support me while the covered parts need to be replaced. I thought the spirit of warranty is that one of your components is damaged and it's covered. So they will fix it! Simple as that! What they're trying to do is avoid the payment as possible as they can. So I do not recommend anyone to purchase their warranty! What I did is a wrong choice.1 comment

Exceptional Service
I had my car serviced and found I needed a new water pump. Emailed Integrity that same day with quote. Next morning I received a phone call from them saying my claim had been approved. I immediately booked mechanic to get job done.
I was truly amazed how fast and smooth it all went. I would definitely recommend Integrity for extended warranty on your car.

It has been a lifesaver having the endurance insuperable.
I have been with endurance for 10 months. I lodged a claim and it was done within the week. Was taken to my mechanic and fixed within the next couple of days. I’m very impressed.

Just excellent really.
I bought the Endurance warranty in April 2022. The terms booklet is VERY clear and VERY understandable. The warranty high-end on price, but the coverage is extensive, so it then depends on claim fairness.
I made a claim yesterday. Within a few hours it was approved. The young ladies on Integrity's admin lines were lovely. As soon as they received the info they took over and contacted the repairer. Job done in less than one day, and back driving.

GREAT WARRANTY
Great company to deal with and the policy was easy to set up. Have been with them for 12 months now and no issues. I made sure I read the whole policy to know what was covered and what wasn't and any questions I had they answered thoroughly.

Purchased top of the range 2013 Audi A6 in May last year with only 55,000 km on the clock. For a piece of mind, I purchased with the car top of the range Absolute L3 extended warranty. Six months later, the car overheated. Audi advised that the water pump failed. The cost of the water pump ( $800) was covered by Integrity. I am stuck now with the car that you cant drive as it overheats, $2K in car hire bill so far and $18K quote for the repairs, which I can not afford. Hi, I was recently offered the 5 year extended warranty and I am very interested. However, it says in the PDS that this is a 'Discretionary Risk Product', which means that Integrity has absolute discretion on whether to pay out a claim. In other words, Integrity can choose not to pay out a claim even if the claim is coverd by the warranty. If this is the case, what is your policy on the level of protection and assurance that a claim will be honored? As I said, I am very interested, but worried about this 'absolute discretion'.
