Customer service is 5 star
I have found the customer service from Internode to be excellent (on more than one occasion). Recently needed to increase my download limit as working from home due to Corona virus. Plan was increased and the rollover date was kindly brought forward and at no extra charge for the remainder of the month. They went above and beyond without being asked. Was really appreciated.

Even though they are really part of TPG now, they keep their original customer service, which is simply the best. Also, their value for money and technical support very good.

Great service.
We are on wireless internet which can have problems occasionally, but on the whole it has been better than feared. If we do have any internet problems we know we will get wonderful assistance from the crew at Internode. We have been with them for perhaps 15 years and they have always been able to quickly resolve any problems.

Long term customer but not happy
We have been a very loyal customer of Internode for a long time. But it's been very disappointing few weeks lately. We had ADSL connection up until a few weeks ago and our phone started playing - stopped working. Contacted the internode for the service and hasn't fixed so switched to NBN as we're told that will get a fast internet service and won't have problem with our phone connection. We have been trying to contact the internode about the issue and have wait on the line for minimum 30mins before talking to the tech support. Very satisfied with Internode
We have found the service proved by Internode to be very reliable and professional - in particular the staff are very helpful and caring. We do not not have a problem with drop outs with the service provided, since going wireless NBN and we are in FNQ.

Long term customer
These guys have always looked after me over the years with ADSL connection issues at my house prior to NBN and general trouble shooting.
Never had reason to change for over 15 years. I've always been happy with their support.
No drop outs here. I just tested 46.9 up and 18.2 down. On NBN Gold unlimited.
Still happy with Internode

FetchTV application was done online. Pretty straight forward as I am an existing customer of Internode. FetchTV box was delivered within quoted time. Setup was pretty easy as well. Happy customer !!!

Reliable service
As a long term customer I can confirm that I haven't experienced any issues with Internode. Upgrading to NBN in 2022 was seamless. However I was assured by a representative that i would keep my pre-NBN phone number. On the day of installation I was given a new phone number so something wasn t communicated. Telephony staff are knowledgeable and easy to understand.

Everything I could ever want or need, and more
I've been a happy and contented Internode customer for over 10 years. Their internet services are superb with excellent NBN plans and competitive pricing. Customer service is second to none with a positive and friendly attitude. Any problems I've had they have taken care of it in a professional and timely manner preventing me from any down time. Helpful, friendly, professional, everything I need in an ISP. If I could rate them with stars, I would give them 10 out of 10. An Australian company whom I cannot recommend high enough to anyone wanting the best.

False advertising and poor service
Internode used to provide great service when it was Australian-based, but now relies on incompetent off-shore call-centres that do not care and have no idea what I signed up for.

Our primary Support teams are still very much based in Adelaide, with the large majority of calls going there, however, in some circumstances, especially due to high demand, calls will overflow to our our parent company, iiNet and their centre in Cape Town, with back end calls being routed to the group owner TPG's call centre in Manila. All staff do their very best to help, so we're disappointed to hear that you've had a sub-par experience. Great service when it's needed
Support staff are knowledgable with a positive 'can do' approach to resolving any issues. Friendly and professional staff who provide great customer support. Usually quick response times and good follow up.

Perfect service in all areas
Perfect service, even when I had a problem (drop outs and slow internet) that was not Internode's fault, they helped till it was solved. A new modem was also supplied, that was thought to be faulty, which worked out was not faulty.

Excellent Internet service provider!
I am with internode for almost 2 years now and i have a excellent internet speed (unlimited NBN $79/ a month), we have 8 devices running at the same time and never had a problem with the speed, the transition from ADSL to NBN was a quick and easy process over the phone. Internode have a excellent technical and customer service support team, they provide SMS notifications for the status and follow through with the outcome.

Reliable, just right for my and my family's needs
Other providers are much cheaper for the same product, with one company offering speed >50mbps & unlimited data at $60/m.
I stay with Internode because the service is exceptional; connection is reliable.
