Delivered on time and at an excellent rate. Easy to organise on the net and they supplied assistance over the phone when required. I received notification when delivered as well

I ordered a supply of masks and was really nervous about whether there was actually any available and whether they would make it safely to my door. I received notification from Sarah about when they would arrive. They did not come at exactly the time specified so I contacted Sarah. She responded almost immediately, tracked down the courier and delivery happened next morning. She was unfailingly polite and helpful. I am really happy with this transaction. Very unusual these days.

I was a buyer and my order was being delivered using Interparcel. Not only was the parcel lost but when they finally found it they never delivered it to my home, despite me being home. They left a card in my letterbox so I had to waste more time going to pick it up myself. I had contacted them a week ago, enquiring as to where my parcel was. They told me they'd get back to me in 24 hours. Hmm, a week has passed and I still haven't heard from them. What terrible service. They lost my parcel, never even delivered it to my home, and their customer service area is a joke. Don't waste your money using this company!

First time for me using a parcel service. It went as planned and I received my items fast and intact. I would recommend this service to any body needing freight moved.

Package was picked up on time and delivered on time. Tracking was supplied at various times and I was kept informed.

I needed to return a purchase from eBay in a set time frame. I found Interparcel and they appeared to be a good price and quick service HOWEVER they promised to collect the next day....nothing and then the next day.......nothing. I waited then was told to call back the next morning to re-book finally at the end of the 3rd day after constantly phoning they came and took 3 more days to go from Newcastle to Sydney. I sent 2 parcels to the same place and they didn't even arrive at the same time and caused more stress. An all round stressful and horrible experience.

I needed to send a parcel to the country gifts for my darling little nieces for XMAS it was so easy just measure up get the quote package, and attach the label. I was picked up early morning and there the very next day I was so excited. Will be using again the price was fantastic. I could not be bothered with the post office after this. I am nearly 70 and it was great to use my computer to do it all.

My package was picked up on time. The tracking details provided were correct and allowed me to watch the delivery progress. I saw that it was delivered on time and had a very happy customer. Well done

You don't find out until AFTER you book & pay that pick up time for parcels is only a guide. Couriers Please took 4 days to pick up one parcel, only after repeated calls to Interparcel (the staff were helpful, but ultimately powerless to get it picked up sooner). Some courier companies also will not pick up unattended parcels, so you just have to sit home & wait until they pick up.
Star Track seem to be the best for me, as they pick up early the next day. If not for Couriers Please, this would be a 5 star review, as it's easy to use & Interparcel staff are helpful & responsive to issues.

tracking did not update at all during transit. Contacted about issues 3 times, I was assured I would receive a follow up within 24 hours each time. Still no response.
Parcel was left without signature despite requiring one. Delivery time was also poor. 7 business days to travel from Bankstown to Wollongong, 60km.

Horrible service. Would not recommend at all

and won't do anything
I have never had to pack anything before
what I have done has always been sufficient

the response and service is really good, I am very happy to arrange all shipment through Interparcel. Especillay those shipment from USA to Australia. in the future even parcel in Australia local, I will try to use Interparcel.

Great customer service, highly recommend Very friendly staff. I needed to get information on a courier charge to our credit card. The customer service person was extremely helpful and she was able to give me all the information that i needed.

Interparcel you have a real asset in your agent Sarah she remained very calm when I was stressed and not feeling well. I felt a lot better after talking with her and will continue using Interparcel because of her good character. Yes it was picked up on time, yes it arrived on time and yes very accurate tracking information

The customer service I have received from Interparcel is second to none.
Especially Sarah who I generally deal with is bubbly, always happy to assist, professional and the reason I will never need to look beyond because she goes above and beyond for her customer.

I like the fact that you can select the service you prefer and it states delivery times.
Customer service is easily accessed if you require assistance.

It took 8 working days to pick up and deliver a small parcel 30km. This is totally unacceptable and I have no idea why it took so long to get picked up and delivered.

Packages picked on time. Packages arrived on time and customer service was excellent.
