Used Interparcel for a few years, and the service has improved I'd say. Choice of courier and price, booking and delivery all good. Would recommend if you don't subscribe to a service.

The package was picked up within the agreed time and arrived at the nominated destination quicker than expected and at cost significantly cheaper than the next option. Highly recommend this method of postage.

Easy to find an instant cheap quote and book online. Process was simple and straight forward. I was happy the package was delivered with no delay and in good condition. I would use this service again.

Regular sender, receiver and arrange my own pick ups from interstate, so easy and reliable at the best price with choice of multiple freight company's, i have been using this service for many years. 10/10 from me.

I uploaded the weight and measurements of my parcels and got instant quote which were al very reasonable. I had tried a direct approach to other freight companies and the rates were much less competitive

So was cheapest to send, easy to navigate website, unfortunately my parcel was not picked up on the day I required and then after a reschedule he came early, lucky I was home, the receiver received the parcel over night from NSW to QLD, in good order. Will use again.

I had a parcel of quite a difficult size to get down a bit Past Wagga Wagga from Sydney and BAM next day delivered. Picked up on time and delivered on time . OUTSTANDING.

I was able to book the night before and package picked up the next day. Speedy delivery to a major city within 24hours. Tracking is extremely easy with the link provided.

As a sender, Interparcel is always prompt with responses and solutions. I highly recommend interparcel. The recent API for Shopify has really helped facilitate processing orders through my 3Pl warehouse.

Order and fully pay for delivery from Penrith to St Georges Basin. when nothing arrive I cal was, told they do not do delivery for me, when I asked why thy than accept and keep my payment and did not call me back. No sensible excuse was given but promised full refund. Just horrible service.

Very Happy with Interparcel so far. My company have currently sent around 30+ parcel with them both large and small, domestic and International and had no issues at all and the pricing has been very favourable.

Their customer service is also very prompt and helpful and they have so far provided exceptional service and make it very easy to send parcels even down to the finest details like providing you with all the documents required and tracking link immediately upon making a booking!

They are reliable and cost effective. You are given options when you make the booking to pick which carrier you want and which service. They deliver within the timeframe and their customer service team are brilliant.

I experienced difficulties with the actual courier service being used to deliver a parcel, which Interparcel was facilitating.

Interparcel customer service (via email) responded extremely quickly and were able to liaise with the courier on my behalf to fix the issue.

We had 2 parcels delivered by star track through interparcel, however 1 went astray, we waited a few weeks, then 45 days later were told it was lost no refunds!

I will never use this service again
I used them for 6 months and was let down at least once every week!
I have never delt with a company so terrible in every aspect of operation

The worst company possible ! Please customer do not book anything with them. The Operators only care about the couriers, they dont care about the customer.
The services provide by them are not guarantee none of them, a service that supposedly said would take 2-3days delivery could take up to 5,7, 10 days, they dont care, whatever the courier said they will run with it.
I had at least 3 bad services with them, my last one is taking 5days for a 2-3 day service !

Do not trust them, do not use interpacel as a courier service !
