Worst Service

The measurements were taken 4 time's and got it right somehow. We took a day off from work and the technician said while on the way said its too many blinds to measure will do some other day. Still we went ahead and got the blinds installed and they got 4 windows blinds wrong and its been 5 weeks they keep ignoring our calls and messages. The sales guy was amazing tough he is a hard worker

No customer service. Blinds installed unable to use as advised by the installer. I am sure there is legislation that covers this. Property damaged and left dirty. Have been ignored by the company have taken the money $11,000 and do not return phone calls or emails. Too frustrated by this company to detail all the issues just wanted to make people aware.

I could not fault Gary’s professionalism and personalised service upon helping me select the most appropriate and safest material to opt for when selecting designer shutters for my nursery.

Gary was very knowledgeable in regards to his companies available products and was very genuine in his suggestions for the best nursery friendly options.

He left no questions unanswered and really spent the time with me to ensure that I was content with my final decision, which left me feeling at ease knowing that my baby would be sleeping in a safe and allergy free environment.

Nic did our measure & quote & was very efficient, courteous and helpful. The installation was trouble free & done when stated.
Months later, I had one small hitch with raising one of the blinds. One phone call & it was attended to & fixed. Very happy & would highly recommend Into Blinds.

Anthony came out to give me a quote on blinds and curtains for our new apartment. I found Anthony to be extremely professional and personable. A couple of days after placing my order and paying a deposit I started to reassess my choices. You as a consumer have the right to pick and choose which company you proceed with based on the knowledge you acquire for reading any applicable Terms & Conditions and our Warranty.

All of our Terms & Conditions and Warranty information is contained on our website, furthermore we have a link on all of our Quotes, Orders and Invoices which is easily accessible pre and post purchasing with Into Blinds.

Sorry I should have been clearer and stated after failing to supply the goods or products as ordered. Ie. Only fitting one of a number of blinds on the day of installation and failing to return. This was not something I agreed on or thought would occur when I selected into blinds.
