The measurements were taken 4 time's and got it right somehow. We took a day off from work and the technician said while on the way said its too many blinds to measure will do some other day. Still we went ahead and got the blinds installed and they got 4 windows blinds wrong and its been 5 weeks they keep ignoring our calls and messages. The sales guy was amazing tough he is a hard worker

Our order is still in the process of making but i am sure Into Blinds will meet our expectations.

From wrong ETA dates ( blaming their own staff) then after 3 months they give me 2 different colours of blinds, another long extended wait until they set up the correct colour but only to put in different colours of rivets??? And still waiting for updates today!!

We left picking the blinds really late in the new build. We had done some research before hand but had a lot of questions. Sonia was able to show us all the samples and guide us to the best products for our house. She was able to get the blinds installed before settlement. We love our new roller blinds.

We ended up using another blind company as we got a significant discount from a family friend. We initially had a measure and quote from Milad at Into Blinds and found that he explained everything well and took time to answer all of our questions. He even made an additional appointment for us at the showroom when we had additional queries. We have used Into Blinds at a previous house and the quality and customer service was great.

They stuffed up the measurements for my outdoor zip screen multiple times they just couldn’t get the measurements right and even now we are too scared to use our screens as they come off the tracking.
The Crimsafe security door was installed successfully and we are very happy with that but I would not recommend purchasing zip screen blinds from this company

All positive, deal done.nice and pleasant experience with dealing and recommend to all not miss their services. Presentation was good and very punctual and professional, offered all pros and cons of product.

I had the outdoor Blinds installed in October and then replaced again in November but yet again not made properly Very bad service!!! No communication or updates! from them. It takes me to follow up several times via email, phone calls etc and still no further progress. I have paid fully for the blinds all I’m asking is for a the outdoor blinds to be made correctly, Once and for all. .
