I had a great experience with the professional that came to do my measure and quote but when the installer came I was shocked by how unprofessional he was. He didn’t have any notes on the job, the blinds were not installed properly and one of the blinds didn’t fit the space.
I am really disappointed for the amount of money I have spent - I would not recommend...

Joe provided fantastic professional service with the installation of our blinds
He was very competent and quick in completing his job
A damaged blind was pointed out and replacement blind installed with a few days! Couldn’t ask for more!!

You guys are cheat, liars, very manipulative and worst part thieves.
If you can’t deliver products that has been ordered just don’t promise.

From the beginning of measuring up with Manoj to sending Alex and his team we were very impressed. The office ladies were very professional, high quality outdoor shutters with no hick ups.
We were especially surprised on how quick they were installed. Your company and Staff should be all very proud of your excellent product, service, professionalism & lovely people. Thanks to all at Into blinds.

Terrible service as asking more money last moment before install

The first consultant came to do measure and quote.. then disappeared for a month.
When contacted again they send a second one.. Finalised everything paid a deposit and they send someone to measure again.
Just before finalising the order saying the cost has gone up by $500 or so. wasted all my time and now i have to wait longer with another supplier as having to organise from scratch.

When I asked for escalation poor customer service consultant they don't have anyone except customer services team... still waiting for someone to call me back!! Sales guy washed his hands..

WORST excuses for delay and price gouging!! BEWARE!

After promising the world, this has been the worst service experience that I have had the misfortune to endure. After taking full payment, it has taken 3 attempts at installation. After the 2nd attempt, I was told that the frame was missing and a 3rd appointment would be required as everyone in the warehouse had gone home on Saturday for the day. Absolutely outrageous and never again. Do not buy from IntoBlinds.

Disappointed and still not finished

From wrong ETA dates ( blaming their own staff) then after 3 months they give me 2 different colours of blinds, another long extended wait until they set up the correct colour but only to put in different colours of rivets??? And still waiting for updates today!!

Anthony came out to give me a quote on blinds and curtains for our new apartment. I found Anthony to be extremely professional and personable. A couple of days after placing my order and paying a deposit I started to reassess my choices. Anthony was very understanding and wanted to ensure that I was completely at ease and was more than happy to facilitate a refund. Thank you Anthony for your time and patience.

You as a consumer have the right to pick and choose which company you proceed with based on the knowledge you acquire for reading any applicable Terms & Conditions and our Warranty.

All of our Terms & Conditions and Warranty information is contained on our website, furthermore we have a link on all of our Quotes, Orders and Invoices which is easily accessible pre and post purchasing with Into Blinds.

Sorry I should have been clearer and stated after failing to supply the goods or products as ordered. Ie. Only fitting one of a number of blinds on the day of installation and failing to return. This was not something I agreed on or thought would occur when I selected into blinds.
