Today I had a young lady named Sonia Denson come out to my new little place in a lifestyle village to do a measure & quote. She was recommended to me by other residents here & I just wanted to say online that I totally agree & would highly recommend Sonia to other people. She was such a pleasant, helpful sales rep who showed a lot of compassion to me ( a total stranger) as I mentioned I had recently lost my husband. Thankyou, very pleasant experience.

It’s been a disaster so far

My previous installation with Into Blinds had been great and all was completed as promised so when I moved into our new home I decided to go with Into Blinds again. It’s been more than 6 weeks since I paid the deposit, and every week I had to chase the sales person for an update. For the temporary blinds he promised a lot, but only delivered a few after much chasing. Two weeks ago he said he had a few more but has no one available to drop them to me and didnt bother to call me to update. Seriously, what’s going on Into Blinds?

Had blinds installed in our new house by Into Blinds. Met with Sonia Denson and was impressed with how lovely and professional she was and with her willingness to accommodate our needs. The product, installation and after sales support is equally as impressive. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for blinds.!

We ended up using another blind company as we got a significant discount from a family friend. We initially had a measure and quote from Milad at Into Blinds and found that he explained everything well and took time to answer all of our questions. He even made an additional appointment for us at the showroom when we had additional queries. We have used Into Blinds at a previous house and the quality and customer service was great.

Hi All,
Just wanted to warn anyone seeking blinds or window furnishings not to use Into Blinds PTY LTD. I have purchased from this company recently and am totally disappointed. They have acknowledged that they manufactured the blinds incorrectly, however have been really difficult to deal with since. We have been waiting for three weeks without any resolution not to mention lack of communication. Check other reviews on how they conduct themselves when they are at fault, I wish I had....... Please feel free to share this with others as I would NOT recommend them for any projects

Zipscreen outdoor blinds and security door

They stuffed up the measurements for my outdoor zip screen multiple times they just couldn’t get the measurements right and even now we are too scared to use our screens as they come off the tracking.
The Crimsafe security door was installed successfully and we are very happy with that but I would not recommend purchasing zip screen blinds from this company

With my new house I required some day blinds and a security door to be fitted. Tammy was very punctual, polite and was very knowledgeable of the [products. She took the time to go through the variations of colors and fabrics and assisted me with my decision as I was a bit torn between two colors. I'm very much looking forward to moving into my new house and enjoying my blinds. I would highly recommend Into Blinds and Tammy, she was great!

Darren gave us a quote in late November, he advised us of what our best option was for the job, which we agreed to straight away and were more than happy to go ahead with. We weren’t in a hurry to have the blinds done considering the Christmas period was coming up. Frank called us just after the break to confirm the blinds were made and ready for installation - this was completed on 6/1/2020. Service was exceptional, professional and all done with ease. Thank you once again, we always recommend your company to friends, family and work colleagues. No fuss Frank was a pleasure to do business.

Blinds are a mixed bag

The white installed blinds in 2 rooms look good but one of the screws have fallen off and to raise blinds requires a big effort. To lower blinds require much less effort

Not Happy

I had the outdoor Blinds installed in October and then replaced again in November but yet again not made properly Very bad service!!! No communication or updates! from them. It takes me to follow up several times via email, phone calls etc and still no further progress. I have paid fully for the blinds all I’m asking is for a the outdoor blinds to be made correctly, Once and for all. .

These guys are a scam! Paid 10k to get new curtains the sales rep stuffed up the fabric and now wouldn’t fix up.

Stuffed up the fabric for my curtains and not sure how they could do this when I personally walked into the Thomastown store and physically put my fingers on the fabric I wanted.

Waited a month for a quote for 1 blind which I provided measurements for. Despite promises quote will be sent still nothing received from Rocky. Will be cancelling my order tomorrow and taking business elsewhere. Clearly job too small to be interested in.

Joe and Alex messaged throughout the day of the install to get me updated on their arrival time which was very helpful as I was sitting around waiting for them. Once they arrived they removed all my old blinds and installed all my new ones in less then 2 hours and in soaring Melbourne heat of 35 degrees BRILLIANT WORK

A couple of days after placing my order and paying a deposit I started to reassess my choices. Sorry I should have been clearer and stated after failing to supply the goods or products as ordered. Ie. Only fitting one of a number of blinds on the day of installation and failing to return. This was not something I agreed on or thought would occur when I selected into blinds.
