My Braava is about 2 weeks old, I love it.
Today it will not connect to the cube, and I am getting the error code of 3 beeps and a red light.
It doesn’t want to go.
I have done all the troubleshooting.
Can anyone help. Please.

Have you taken batteries out off the cube?

Hard to take the battery out of the washer.

Bavaa stop after hitting something, before this it would just turn away after hitting objects and continue working. What could be the reason?

I have the iRobot Roomba 980 and love it. I will continue to use Roomba regularly to vacuum up the main dirt and dog hair. However, for a final finish every couple of weeks, I am considering a robot mop for our bathrooms and for our downstairs polished wood and tile area.
Would I be better with the Braava 380t or the Braava 240? I note you recommended the 240 to avoid streaks, but I think elsewhere someone recommeded the 380t for a larger area, which my Lounge/Dining polished wood and my Family Room/Kitchen tiles would be.
Does the 380t come with disposable pads? Can any added solution, other than water, be put into the tank? Also will the 380t or the 240 just navigate around my bathrooms and then my larger polished wood or tile areas? Do both the 380t and the 240 need the navigation box device, and if not, how does the other one navigate. As you can see, I have done some research but I have a number of unanswered queries. Please give advice before I make my purchase.

Omg this sounds amazing now I'm unsure what to go for as can only afford 1!

Do I go this robotic mop for my white tiles?

Or do I go a robotic vaccum???? Anyone who's has both which do you use more? Had no idea until now about a robotic mop! Only just complained how my floors basically look dirty only minutes after I've moped.

We have highly polished porcelain tiles and even with Monster Steam mop it shows up streaks if you don’t get on your hands and knees to dry with a towel.
How does the Braava go on porcelain tiles, does it leaves streaks?
My wife is extremely particular!!

Good Afternoon Caro
For a larger area home, I would recommend the Braava 380t, however it may be worth changing the cloth mid cycle.

Hi there,
I have a big house and need to know how long does it take for robot to clean 1 square meter totally or on the other word how fast it is.
Also is the mob usable or we need to change it after each use?

Thank you!
Shohreh

Not sure if anyone can help, but my house has timber clad, cathedral ceilings and from what I've read the NorthStar cube uses a signal bounced from the ceiling. Any photos/videos/etc all show a flat, painted, Gyprock ceiling some even show a dotted line indicating the path of the signal, but none of them show a timber clad, cathedral ceiling. Is this because the signal will bounce at a different angle (due to the angle of the ceiling) and therefore not direct Braava correctly? Also would Braava only clean one room at a time, then I'd have to move NorthStar to the next room...and so on?

I have a couple of Roombas (multi level house) and they are fabulous on both carpet and tiled floors, but I also need to mop the tiled floors after Roomba has done her thing. Hoping someone with firsthand experience can help? ;-)

I posted this elsewhere, but here it goes again:

Braava 380t doesn't use cameras for navigation and wouldn't be affected by pitch black right?

Since we have some gyprock walls dividing up our 80sqm shop into multiple rooms, I gather that we would need to make use of multiple NorthStar cubes. I wasn't sure which north star navigation channel numbers to get...can the channels be changed on the north star navigation unit also? What technology do the cubes use to communicate with the Braava? Would it transmit through internal gyprock walls? I couldn't find much info about this online.

Kind Regards,
Andrew
