IUM Strata (Independent Unit Management)

Very well run company that provides great staff that help you with everything you need. I've never called and not gotten a solution to what i called about. They manage the financials for the strata well and tell us when they see potential issues coming up.

We have moved our townhouses to be managed by independent unit management and they have performed what they promised. A reliable company that is employs knowledgeable staff who actually listen to you and answer your calls. Very pleased IUM thank you.
