Pleasure and Disappointment.
I have owned both a 9000 and 11000 both a pleasure to use, I had the 11ooo upgraded with AcuFil and was very pleased with the ease for quilting. I decided to upgrade to the 12000 sight unseen as I favoured Janome alas, I was very disappointed no AcuFil and no automatic threading .The AcuFil I can add at a cost witch is disappointing one would have expected what was an upgrade for the 11000 to be part of a new model and not to have add another $400 to the already rather inflated price of $ 12000.
I just janome sewing machine because they are user friendly.
No AcuFil and no auto threading, since they were on my 11000 yes i miss them. In fact I get annoyed every time I use the machine.
