Great machine for first timers
very good machine for doing most jobs, Instruction manual is very poorly written and diagrams leave a bit to be desired. However after some practice I have mastered threading the machine and coupled with the correct tensions for the machine it works a treat. make sure that you have all tensions set a 3 and the side dials set as follows differential feed: 1 and Stitch length: 2.5- 3 and you will be surprised with the results. Terrible
buy something else and save yourself the stress.i find this machine difficult to thread, difficult to keep operating continuously now, there has to be a better product than this on the market.
I don't like it. When it runs well it is great but this is near impossible. the instructions are very poor. I am ready to sell it and get something else. I am having trouble with the tension and the lower looper is terrible but much better with a looper threader. Don't buy one get something else.
Tension. lowerlooper. terrible instruction book. very disapointing as I had a janome sewing machine for twenty years that gave me no problems. but guess what I will never buy janome again.

The instructions are sometimes a little difficult to follow,as the diagram is not always too clear and lots of instructions.
Threading bottom looper doea not always go right first time. Its rather fiddly, can get a thread assist but they didnt have one at the shop when I went for lesson,
Tension was not right on arrival which was frustrating as it was my first I had no clue about it but my sister also had trouble getting it to run.
It still does not always seem right, often very loose on one or more threads.
