rang Andrew at Bayswater store for advice on tyres for our older Colorado. he asked about our driving style and I said we do mostly highway driving and some caravan towing. I also let him know we are old coot pensioners .He came up with a great deal, fitted . wheel alignment, all in 45 mins. very happy

Jax Frankston didn't do any part of this job properly!
Ripped me off, didn't complete the jobs I paid for and now expect $300 to replace tyres I replaced in late November.
Will take this further and but advise others from using this subpar company and the dodgy products and services they shill.

This was my first visit to Jax in Kwinana the workshop was absolutely clean the staff were extremely friendly and the cost of the two tyres I bought was most acceptable I will definitely be going there again we’ll done guys

The penrith branch was terrific for service and product. I just rolled up with no appointment. They fitted new tyres and alignment while we had lunch in the nearby centre. Jason was terrific!

They looked after me very well and provided excellent customer service. I was also impressed with the quality of their products and the professional standards in the workplace. Excellent work!

The Service Rep (M) at JAX Toowoomba was extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the technical questions that I had regarding the tyres I required to travel on some outback Nth Qld roads. Tyre brand, size, type, pressures for on and off bitumen road surfaces pulling my van. Even offered for me to bring the car & van in to work out the ideal tyre pressures.The service was excellent and the price was very competitive hence I felt quite comfortable making my purchase. Overall I was extremely happy, Well done M and the JAX crew. I'll be back

DO NOT go here if you don't want your rims damaged. I told the receptionist,[name removed], that my wheels are worth a small fortune and I am extremely precious about them and was assured that the boys will take the best care of them.

One of them has clearly dropped an impact drill on my wheel and chipped the hell out of the powder-coating on one of my wheels. Since contacting them again they have flat-out refused to accept responsibility.

Happy to take my money then dog me when you mess up. Extremely upset and disappointed.

Angelo is a great guy, really helpful. I bought four new tyres under the Jax Platinum Care program at a different store on the east coast before moving to Perth. These tyres have worn excessively. Angelo has been a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with to help me try and sort this issue out, despite the initial purchase being made on the other side of the country. I have now bought four new Michelin tyres for my second car from him, and I’m about to buy another two tyres for my third car. Jax Kwinana is quite a new store - I hope to see Angelo succeed. It is a bit out of my way, but I will keep going back because he has done the right thing by me in trying to sort out the issue with tyres purchased at a store in another state.

I never heard a sound come from my break pads before I paid for my break pads to be replaced at jax tires peel street Mackay from that point on they have sounded horrible I took it back and they said my routers need to be replaced so I took it elsewhere and turns out it was the rattle shims scraping on my router so I had to go back to jax they said that the problem had been fixed so now it’s 2 months later they still sound horrible.So im back again pulling my hair out and have been waiting 30 mins they still haven’t taken it for a drive or even looked for a problem right now there are 2 mechanics siting around doing nothing this is a horrible service and the only reason I came here is because I wanted the pads to be replaced properly

I replaced all 4 tyres at Jax Hopperscrossing and One tyre got damaged exactly after one week. When I asked to buy a new one to replaced it they said it is not in stock and they cant help it. I wanted to use a used tyre atleast till they get the new tyre. The guy there "S" said he will look for it and gave me the same answer next three times when I called him. I had to order a new tyre thro different vender.

I would definitely recommend Jax Tyres ay Brookvale for Excellent Service. The Customer Service Manager "Mario" was extremely helpful. I had to have a Tree replaced and not having one in stock it was ordered and available the following day

purchased 4 new tyres and got a wheel alignment,, 2mths later had my car warranty service at my dealer and tyres already down from 8mm to 5mm within 2000km,, had another service 9mths later at 18000km and front tyres were at 0mm and back at 3mm .they lasted 11mths. purchased new front tyres today with another company and the wheel alignment was way out that caused them to wear so quickly. they blamed the car dealer mechanics .jax did my doggy alignment, I will never shop there again or recommend.

20' Michelin tyres for VW Touareg, improve handling, very quiet.
had a sidewall puncture. Make sure tyres are 40psi.
Have used JAX for all families cars and recommend Noosaville store for friendly service.
