Poor quality

published

I brought 2 to start a hire business, the Sport & Outback, roof tape peeling off on both, the outback kitchen gas cook top wasn't even clamped in, dealer said that's just Jayco :(. I wanted to back trade them & they offered me $12,000 less than what I just paid & they haven't been used.
Just a very disappointing start for my new venture & so with a big company like Jayco, what can I say.
I will never buy or recommend Jayco to anyone. Poor manufacturing & poor dealer attitude.

Purchased in September 2021.

Good Bed in a box

published

I have had my JPod now for 2 years. I am unable to use it very much as I am unable to erect the tent. I had had tent poles replaced by Jayco & still now have bent poles. I was told by Jayco that it is easy to put up just watch the video. Ha ha after putting in the 4 poles the tent then stands up ON ITS OWN
Does anyone have any answers as to how a single female puts up the tent or is there another tent available that would suit
I would use I more if I could get a tent

The pod is in my backyard & is being used as a spare bed for visitors, a very expensive bed

Hi,How do you get the cover off the internal light in the JPod.
I have a 2016-17 Jpod.
Does it screw or is it a press and release?
I've tried a few methods but I am afraid to do it too hards for fear of breaking it.
Thanks
Michael

On mine, the switch for the external light is inside beside the battery switch.

Hello, thank you for your reply, yes the same for ours, the van sellers decided to put a water sticker next to the battery sticker so there was confusion there until we were trying to do something with the water pump and it didn’t work
